Yoga For All Humans is a beautiful organization; I'm so glad one of my friends introduced me to their fully virtual studio! Love the free monthly Yoga Nidra meditation especially & the Chair Yoga classes. I usually watch the latter through the extensive video library of past classes-- it's great to have when some of the teachers are on breaks like right now. My favorite class used to be Noa's movement and meditation class so I hope that comes back eventually. In all of its forms, I've never come across a yoga studio as fully committed to accessibility as YFAH! All sessions have close captioning; ASL interpreters can be provided for any class upon request; and some of the instructors use wheelchairs like me. There are free classes for educators and people of color periodically, and anyone can get a full sponsored membership if they're not able to pay. I could gush on and on! I've been enjoying these classes for over a year, and I want to spread the word so this special studio can continue to exist and thrive. Thank you, YFAH!
