Not sure As Expected

I was thinking that I was going to do Tai Chi but I ended up doing were breathing exercises. I really wanted to lose the weight they guaranteed with Tai Chi. However, a week to ten days later I discovered that I had access to other plans. Today I began the plan called Wall Pilates. This seems more like the exercises to lose weight. My initial disappointment turned out to be ok.

👍

The app was great. Love the Tai Chi. I made a silly mistake and purchased something I didn't mean to, but the Yoga-Go Team was very quick to help and resolve my issue almost immediately.

Excellent response

I would recommend it.

Use it. It’s great.

Total waste of money

Useless app. After 20 days I am done of this. They are making people fool. Please don’t waste money.

Very satisfying

Basically I use almost every day because I found it really great for health and mind. All myself has improved in so many ways than is amazing with a little of effort what you can get. Thanks

Customer Service

I had a glitch with my subscription, and had to deal with customer service support….they were fantastic‼️
I appreciate their understanding and prompt rectification of this matter.
THANK YOU‼️❤️

Meh

I love how slow and meaningful this is. I even like the instructor. But his flowy and loose clothing and lack of multiple camera angles doesn’t allow you to see where your hands/feet/arms are positioned throughout the exercise. It’s frustrating. And he uses words that he doesn’t explain. Like what the heck is a pallet?!?! In this exercise?!

Courts et bien ciblés

Des exercices courts et ciblés selon votre niveau. Plusieurs autres possibilités d’exercices. Un calendrier nous indique les jours ou nous avons pratiqué. Je le recommander.

Too basic

This series of exercises is too basic for me. I’ve paid for this. It definitely will not tone me further nor lose any stubborn belly fat.

Help

This is the help I needed to get a very stiff an immobile body back into moving and less pain.

Beware!

I thought I had signed up for T’ai Chi lessons (28 for 19.99) But was SHOCKED to find multiple charges for 49.99 on my bank statement. No in app purchase costs this much!! This is dishonest marketing; please read the small print, twice! No refunds possible due to their ‘Policy’.

Refreshing Hope

Our lives are filled with hope. I have found more with tai chi/Yoga-Go thank you. If you’re unable to do exercises from younger days and even with limited movement try this. I am happier and more content than I have been for years.

Chair Yoga!

I have Sciatica, which inhibits me standing for more than 4 minutes. I thought I’d signed up for weight loss yoga, however strength and flexibility popped up and I LOVE IT. The sequences are possible for me to do without aggravating my condition. They lift my spirit and have reminded me I can still move. And the standing poses are short enough for me to do. I try to do my chair yoga before breakfast, but get to the kitchen where someone is cooking something that smells good. We have had guests for a few weeks now. Nieces, friends, and my son and his young family. Schedules have been changing, but I hope to prioritize CHAIR YOGA now that it’s just my husband and I home.

Yoga go tai chi for women

The experience was highly disappointing. They say it’s a workout made by women for women and I ended up having videos of this male trainer that did not represent what I’m looking for. They market this product using the image of mature women who look fit and toned, but I received videos with a male trainer who, with all due respect, does not look fit and toned. So, which one is it? Can Tai Chi make your body fit and toned or not? Is not a good image to represent what they’re marketing. They use mature fit and toned women in the ads and the one who appeared to be “the face” of the product, is not in the videos. If you’re marketing a product with an image, that’s what you’re selling. You’re selling the image of a toned, fit mature female body that was reached by doing tai chi exercises. They promise quick changes in the ads, so awesome, that you should be “turning heads” by the 28th day. So, why did I get videos of this training “made by women for women” with a male trainer with a chubby appearance? I’m sorry for saying that, but it’s true. My goal is for real an I really needed what they marketed, but it was highly disappointing. Not only that, but if you are not satisfied by the end of the month, they say you may request a refund. But, for my surprise, the catch was that I had to prove the I tried the program, which is highly tricky. I asked how I could prove that and they responded by sending snapshots and stuff like that, but it didn’t seem trustworthy. However, I do want to point out that after sending out all my complaints, I requested a refund and they refunded my money.

Worst customer service ever!!!! Don’t sign up!!!

I can’t even say how many times I’ve messaged customer service after days of trying and still can’t get them to send me a link to the app to access new account! Some Chris guy responds telling me to click a link he says I got at some point but refuses to acknowledge me saying I don’t have one or resend me a link! I am 1 1/2 weeks into my subscription and no access! DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY WITH THIS HORRIBLE, UNHELPFUL COMPANY!!!!
