Great App, Cold Food
I really wanted to like this service. The app itself os easy to use but 2 out 3 times, food was delivered cold, not even like warm. Cold. They need more drivers and better insulation bags because this is ridiculous. And both a service fee and mandatory tip? Please do better. This could be great.

3 hours to deliver. Restaurant (Pizza House) says it’s not their fault, driver says it’s not his fault, Yogo says it’s not their problem because the food was prepared. Customer service unresponsive.

I have not used this app in about 10 months as I returned to the UK. This is my first time using it since and wow it’s a great app! The updates have made the process of ordering food way more seamless and the UI x UX is so much more efficient and user friendly!
No accountability
Driver made 4 stops along the way to deliver my food. I could follow drivers path through the map it took the driver 80 minutes to deliver my food. I understand they want to maximize their gain but there has to be a time limit on delivering the food from the moment of pickup to drop off.

The waiting may be a little longer than expected but at least this option for delivery is available

Delivery time is usually extremely long and the food is usually cold upon arrival.
Better communication
It should have a telephone number in which you can speak to e representative about giving accurate directions for delivery.
Glitches disrupt ordering experience
I spent an hour trying to order because the app was unable to accept the format of my address. Don’t put any commas in your address or it gives an invalid post code message, this country doesn’t even use post codes and there isn’t a post code line to fill out so that made no sense. Their customer service seems to be aware of these glitches but the app hasn’t been updated.
The app asks for your phone number and claims to send SMS codes, the codes never actually send. I’m just tryna order some food man without the fancy extras that don’t work.
