Needs a ton of improvement
The app does not show investment details. Always get msg “There are no records fetched”
So frustrating to use this app. Earlier it was always login issues which finally were improved with biometric login, but if you request OTO it invariably fails to send OTP on first attempt

Don’t work
App doesn’t work as trying to add my CIF number it doesn’t allow to enter full number last 2 digit I can’t enter and when I try to enter account number it says you are joint account holder enter CIF number so basically you can’t use the app what’s the point then
Login Issues
After about 3-4 minutes of inactivity (not clicking on anything) even if the screen is on, it goes logs out. Same thing for their website.
In banking platforms, most people need to take time to review emails and statements. This logout issue is horrible.

Wonderful app with ease of process .
Not able to login to my GIC account
After recent update i am not able to login to my account through this app. It is always asking for OTP but i am not receiving any OTP on my registered mobile number or email address. Although i am able to login to through official website. Also, you need to upgrade your UI its very bad.
Useless app
It doesn't proceed after entering log in details. Keeps asking "Device registered for another user. Do you want to register for you?" And when you press"Yes" nothing happens. So slow and lags a lot. With all the resources is this the best you can come up with. Plz pay for a good developer to create an app. It 2024 for Godsake!

Does not work through VPN
Have to disable VPN to by-pass “proxy error”, which is a pain and potentially unsafe. They should make the app more secure rather than put such restrictions. I have other banking apps which are robust and do not require to disable VPN. Earlier versions were fine.

In my phone I dont have any proxy settings though it is giving me error. I have tried without wifi but same result.

MPIN
I am iPhone user and on iPhone the MPIN option is not working l. I am very disappointed .

i face problems while registering internet banking. When i enter the OTP they show that special characters are not allowed but i dont enter any special character. App has lots of bugs worst app ever

Application keeps crashing on various menu and sub menus. Very slow..and lot of things are not working...disappointed...

New app
I really liked this new app since it has so many new options. It’s very user friendly. Still needs some more features to be added up as to select the Indian amount that you want to send.
Simple & Convenient Banking
Lots of new features introduced in the new app. Good initiative by SBI Canada. Was able to update address & email without any hassle! Fund Transfer has also been made easy.
One view feature
The one view feature is great as I can view my SBI India accounts in just one login plus the instant money transfer to my India accounts 👍
