Impossible to create a password (a cryptic regexp error message appears), and impossible to add a credit card (same, a weird error message). If you still decide to move forward, you will be told a booking was made but there’s no progress, no map, etc. I was really hopping for an alternative to Uber that has become too expensive at SFO but it looks like this is not ready yet.

Wish this app functioned correctly
Now, when you open the app and see wait times, it projects insane wait times “174 minutes” “278 minutes” (actual times posted when I attempted to book). And if you book the cab anyway, it doesn’t tell you how long you actually have to wait (assuming the times above were incorrect). No map to see where the car is, no expected time listed, etc..
They had issues where you couldn’t sign in, that lasted a couple months. Then there’s no way to have a card on file so it pays automatically.
Sometimes the app doesn’t even open and just regenerates the logo repeatedly.
It’s a real shame this app isn’t reliable.

Skipped this customer
Payment with paratransit voucher meant being left behind, and being left on hold trying to contact someone at yellow cab for over an hour and missing my medical appointment. Just say no.

Broken
I can’t log in. Basically gives me one option to sign in with email. I go through the options and then enter my phone number and it says “the number is already in use. Try again”. There’s no account recovery buttons or other sign in options.
can’t sign in or reset password
I was out of the country for several weeks. I returned this week. The App required me to sign in again. I kept getting error message. I then clicked “Forgot my password” and I did this twice. Both times it said password successfully changed. Yet, when I sign, I get the error message that password or email address entered is incorrect.

Cannot log in!
I have used YoTaxi SF for two years and had no problems. Yesterday I was asked to login I did so with my information and password. I was told there was a problem with the login information. I applied to change the password. Put in the new password. Still the same thing can’t get into my account. I did try three different new passwords. Nothing worked. There is nowhere on the app to reach the developer or to get this situation corrected. Try to shut down my account and had no luck. They need to get the air fixed. Has anyone had any luck withbeing able to login after this big mess? It’s a shame because I do like the app fairly well.

All of a sudden - does not work!!!
Been using APP for some time. All of a sudden it stops opening. Tried reboot phone to no avail. Deleted APP and can’t get APP to accept email and password.
Tried forgot password, get change password email and after changing APP says combination of email and password don’t match. I’m a senior on disability and on Essential Trip which now I cannot use!

Useless
I’ve never successfully booked a reservation on this app. There’s a confirmation email sometimes but not always. When the car doesn’t arrive as scheduled, I have to call. The dispatcher has to find a driver to take the fare. Who needs this aggravation when trying to catch a flight?
Fraud
Drivers double charge you and don’t seem to understand how it works.
Works but not great
The app works but it is not great. The map keeps moving around to a different country when I’m only concerned with SF. I got a taxi and the driver told me that I had to pay in cash upfront - this wasn’t disclosed anywhere. The last time I had used this service I was able to pay with my card.
Zero stars
I have no words. I’m trying support taxi drivers in this city. I try to book online and even old school phone booking. I’ve been ghosted at least 5 times or charged. Imbecilic the they even have the app. Just do old school calls with dispatcher. Sorry folks but it’s Lyft from this point on.
Impossible to use
Can’t set a destination. Can’t save a pickup location. The app does not search and will not update. Absolute garbage.
Reasonable prices!
It was a $20 flat rate to cross 5 miles within SF after a concert venue where Uber/Lyft was offering the same for about $80.

Can’t log in
I’ve been trying for hours to log in. They send me a link (that I even cannot click on it, I have to copy and paste) I try to create a new password and always get the same message “this token is invalid” I cannot create a new account since my phone number is linked to an account that I cannot use. I’m and I cannot see any customer support or anything since I cannot log in. Sooo… I would love to try it but it doesn’t work at all

App Needs Work But Still Works
App could use a little bit of work (sometimes crashes or gets stuck) but scheduled a ride at 3:30AM to SFO and they were here at 3:20 waiting outside to help with my bags. Don’t listen to all these one-star stories, I’ve had just as many horrid cancel stories with Uber and Lyft now too.
No Stars
This is a terrible app The taxi’s for the rides i’ve tried to book often get directed to the wrong place. The page that is listed for support in the App store no longer exists. Yesterday i never got confirmation for a ride i needed to book for someone in a wheel chair never confirmed. I ended up having to call Uber. This morning i found a $3.50 charge from YoTaxi for a ride that never confirmed and didn’t showed up. No Stars.

Don’t use
App makes it easy to request a cab however 3 times our cab picked up another fare before it got to our location! You can follow the taxi on the app but once it picks up a fare and says you are onboard there’s no way to cancel your ride before your credit card does not get charged. When you try to call the listed phone number, there’s no customer service option. Definitely do not give them your credit card.
