Easy to set up and use
Payments Options/ Flexibility
One feature must be added; Allowing partial payments. My payments originate from 2 accounts and are paid the same day. It is a requirement for my biz/ personal payments setup. It is what I always used to do on Lariba payment portal.

Archaic password change requirements
You force me to change my password over x amount of time, then you don’t let my copy and paste my secure long password to update it.
Log in issues
The password resets every month making it difficult just to make what should be a quick and easy payment
App is difficult to navigate
I don’t like how we need to reset the password every few months. This is so annoying. Don’t like a bit.
Password change
I reset my password last month (Jan)and the mobile app would not work. I had to reset my password again.

Lacks payment history
No Paste
This app requires a complex password and quarterly password changes but restricts pasting a password from a password vault. So, so stupid and time consuming. You have to love it when developers arbitrarily remove QOL features so they can brag about increase safety in their next review.
Cannot change amount
If I don’t want/can’t pay the monthly mortgage amount you wouldn’t take any partial payment? In other words I can’t change the payment amount?
Missing features
No dark mode. Can’t modify payment methods from the app. Can’t view autopay details.

I wasn’t aware this app existed but the minute I looked it up, it’s been a pleasure to interact with. Great job developers and user interface team
