Can’t book anything
I’m constantly getting a message ‘your session has timed out’ even though I just open the app. I’ve re-installed the app, logged out and tried web browsers too. Looks like the booking tab is not operational

Doesn’t load any data or classes like the App Store shows! I’m logged in and when I try to book a class it prompts me again to log in and then says my details are incorrect
Booking part of the app is very glitchy
So often the booking part of the app won’t load on my iPhone. Frustrating when classes book up fast and I can’t book on.
Poorly made even the app name isn’t capitalised on the playstore
Very bad poorly made and laggy takes about a blue moon to load and the UI is just terrible. Could easily be better
Really poor
I regularly cannot use this app to book classes or look at availability. I’ve been trying to use this app all evening and continuously get a white page and that’s it. No other way to book classes - with this app my gym/fitness subscription is pointless.
Would not recommend
I have joined a new gym, they use this app. I already use another gym who also are associated with this app and so far I have not been able to log on to my new gym as there is no way of getting the app to recognise the new gym

Impossible now to stay logged in to this app. Multiple entry of username and membership number every time I make a booking. What changed?

Makes class booking simple
It makes my life a lot easier when planning my week, I can book my classes with ease from home, when someone cancels the class it gives the next person a chance to book on so I very rarely miss out on a space
Absolutely dreadful
Poor support, join the app pay your gym fees and cannot access the app. You ask for help on the app, no point. This app has to be the worst for functionality and support on the App Store. By far the worst app I’ve ever installed.
Useless app
Useless. I cannot book online I pay in but it tells me I have not paid and that I have no account. Really need to sort this platform application out unless it’s aim is to upset paying customers.

Run from them
I don’t usually do app review but I had to do this to warn everyone. I have never had such a bad customer service experience and plus they’ll try to take your money even after cancelling. I tried contacting them in so many ways and no response and when I did get a response it was all wrong. Plz plz plz don’t pay them if you need you better pay the gym directly DONT go through them you will regret it trust me.

Worst app on my phone, regularly goes down, I only use it as I have to to book gym classes
Unable to log in
Downloaded this app as recommended by my gym. However,I’ve been unable to log in at all . Any attempts are met with ‘invalid email/password.’ My login details are saved to Touch ID and I’ve taken my phone to the gym to double check but to no avail. I’ve recently updated to iOS 13 and wonder if this is the issue. An update is urgently needed

Stopped working
Initially worked fine. But since recent Apple update I can’t get onto the classes page anymore. I have tried deleting and downloading again but this hasn’t helped. Needs an urgent fix.
