Don’t get this
I have tried for the past 3 months to cancel this membership and have gotten the run around. I am tired of it. I’ve canceled it on the app on the website and have contacted customer support. No help has been given and I am at a loss at this point

IMO this app is a must-have for anyone looking to rejuvenate their body and mind. The workouts are easy to follow, and the back pain relief programs have helped me tremendously. Certainly worth a try.

Meal Plans
I’m so impressed with this app! The anti-aging programs, including facebuilding techniques and skincare routines, are fantastic. The body age tracking feature keeps me motivated, and the meal plans are a great bonus.
Scam
They are scammers, very rude and completely irresponsible. They took multiple payments from my bank account, and when I asked for a refund, they demanded records from my app. Don’t waste your time or money. Terrible customer service
Scammers…Stay away!!
I signed up for the app… started my free trial & and cancelled during the free trial. I’ve been being charged $40 a month for their subscription. When I contacted them, they told me that I’m bought a website subscription as well that I didn’t cancel. Buyers beware…. When you sign up for an app, you’re automatically signed up for a website as well and it needs to be canceled. Funny thing is I can’t even get into the website. And they will not refund my money. Scammers!!!

This app is an absolute amazing app. This app is great for working moms that has no time for the gym. You set your own workout and at your own pace.

I signed up for the app because they had a promotion for 1 year for $12.49, I have been charged $29.99 a month since then and I’ve cancelled my annual subscription, all my subscriptions in the app and in the App Store and they continually charge me, so if you want to be stuck with an app that charges you relentlessly sign up, otherwise this app is harder to cancel than a gym membership.

Horrible costumer service
Even if you cancel the appt they will still charge you telling you never cancel appt and they refuse to refund money back

I downloaded and paid a yearly subscription fee, within two weeks of paying this, another payment came out my account! Cancelled subscription immediately, have went to support so hoping to get this resolved but I should not have to! Do not download unless you can afford to have money spontaneously leaving your account!
