Worst customer service in the world
I ordered a few times from this place. Always late. Last timw they were 2 hours late order, I asked them to cancel and refund, and I'm still waiting fory refund 2 weeksater.

Horrible app
Sorry guys, I’m a fan of ZWZ but the new app is absolutely horrible. It’s got NOTHING RIGHT. Neither the UI nor the UX. Nor does it have Apple Pay, nor does it have order tracking. Even the promo codes that showed the discount, I ended up being charged for the full thing. Guys, if you want people to use your app so you don’t pay a cut to Talabat or Deliveroo, then you better make a decent app.

Dreadful app and even worse customer service
And no matter how many times you click on no plastic cutlery and even call them to insist that they don’t include it, you will get tons of it every single time. Sadly I love the food and wish the franchise would change hands. It’s an infuriating process to order, and to have to chase for an update afterwards.

Login gets the app to crash every time
The app login feature has a bug, and every time u try to login via Facebook it crashes. It’s been a year and I’ve raised that issue with the staff and still it hasn’t been fixed. Too bad because the ordering options are pretty sweet. The app discourages u to order and I end up ordering from a different place.

Worked once crashed the second time
The first time I used it the app was fine. Pretty easy to use. The second time, I decided to use my credit card. Wrong choice. It charged my card but the app crashed. I was hoping to start using this but it looks like I will have to go back to the call center.

Installed and uninstalled the app so many times but there is a bug that doesn’t let you place the order. It says not connected to the internet ... even though I’m connected ...

Very poor app
Too complicated to use and very user UNfriendly! Other ordering apps are much simpler and easier to use. In this one: problems with understanding your way around it. App menu is not easily found. Even food menu is difficult to navigate. Entering your data is no compatible with phone screen (data is hidden while you type - am using iphone). Payment data has to be entered every time. In general too poor and backdated app. Looks like it was done ages ago! Get on deliveroo or ubereat. Much easier to order through those ones! You have work to do.

Crappy app
The app is so crappy, full of bugs and unstable. The initial update took more than 20 minutes. Why don't zwz work with Deliveroo or Uber eats. Come on guys.
Adjust the GUI
I've always used the app to place orders. The new update looks nice if only the gui/screen was aligned properly with the phone screen. It hard to read description, customize or place orders. Pls fix it
Serious issues
Gets stuck and reloads again and again there is a serious problem with the app. The service is completely pathetic. It will force us never to use zwz ever again. And none of your staff even know what the problem is. Pathetic.

Great interface but when you try to log in it freezes... Every time.

Helpful, easy and accurate
Pretty cool.
Finally a convenient way to order from a mobile device. On the retina display devices the graphics are not very sharp so my eyes take a bit of strain having to look at low res icons and graphics on the app. As far as convenience goes though its brilliant.
