Good service

Complaint About my card payments in the app

I’ve recently found out that this app has been limiting my transactions using my credit cards i don’t seem to be able to load my zaky wallet using my credit card while I have money in my credit card..and I tried using a family member credit card to see if the fault was from my card but it did same thing and it’s obvious that this app is becoming useless at this point in time because this has been going on for the past one month now….I lay my complaint for this issue to be rectified so we all could be able make proper use of our credit cards and fund our wallets..thank you

Complaint

I recently found out that my credit card isn’t allowed to added to the app so many of my transactions have been withheld for the past one month
I tried adding other cards and it was still the same
And a friend informed me that even if my card was added I could only use it twice
So I bring my complaint in other for you guys to rectify this immediately

Sooo expensive

The cards are so expensive. The exchange rate is so high. Instead of standing next to the Lebanese people and providing them your services with reasonable price, you are unfortunately robbing them

Fraude - Bad quality

I have topped up my wallet with 100$ and when i try to purchase vouchers it shows me an error that USD is not accepted! Even though in their documentation they mentioned that they accept both currencies LBP and USD! Be careful while you’re using this app, it totally spam! The prices with LBP is way to high! For example the 10$ is 300,000 LBP but when you try to purchase it with USD it will take 200$… this app is made by Lebanese people so you can expect to mislead you to steal your money
