Deleted my account with no reason.
I have an >8years account with Australia number. However they deleted it due to unopened app for long time (around 2months). I tried many time to get back unsuccessfully. Then I’ve created it with this number again, and I lost all my messages and used it just for 3 months. Now I just get deleted it again and this time even worse. I can’t created account.
They asked me send messages to get verification code from Vietnam number, but no response.
They asked me, call them by vietnamese number to vietnamese number. So, that’s impossible.
And one more option, I could ask my friends for verification call. But, I don't want to bother them.
This app is not good anymore. Not recommended anymore.

So annoying to receive constantly messages from Zalo which you cannot block!! Why can’t you give the option to block it? Annoying spam!!!!!

Ứng dụng này bắt buộc phải chia sẻ thông tin của người dùng với họ mà không được quyền từ chối. Nếu công việc của tôi không bắt buộc sử dụng zalo tôi sẽ không bao giờ dùng.
Terrible so far
Can’t create new account because they don’t send message. Try to call hotline just sound like some drunk guy yelling into the phone, don’t think he’s speaking English or Vietnamese just kind of grunting loudly.
Bật tắt trạng thái hoạt động
Sao ad bỏ cái bật tắt trạng thái hoạt động chỗ bạn bè đi ạ. Hay bị lỗi, cập nhật lại rồi vẫn không hiện. Mỗi lần mở phải vào cài đặt.

Trò chuyện gọi điện bằng camera mà muốn tốn pin luôn á, từ 82% tụt còn 69%, yêu cầu Zalo chỉnh sửa lại

It’s bad now, because they mess up everything like lost my many friends list. I had to delete my account for good.

Já tentei diversas vezes, porém, o código de verificação nunca chega.

app thông báo tin nhắn lúc nào cũng có phần: Siri found "abc" in zalo. Would you like to update the contact. Thử mọi cách nhưng không cách nào tắt được, duy nhất mỗi Zalo bị.
Nên dẹp cái app này đi
Đang xài ngon lành tự nhiên bị log out, vào bảo số đt không có. Đăng nhập lại thì phải điện cho hotline. Trong khi đang ở nước ngoài. Cho đăng ký bằng số quốc tế chi rồi bắt điện về Việt Nam xác nhận lấy code. Như bth lúc trước không được sau.
