There are no services, I’m still waiting for a refund. On May 16, 2026 I asked for a dress and after two days I asked him how long they took and I told him that I needed it for May 31 and they told me that it was impossible for them to make the custom made dresses, and I told them that I canceled it. And they told me that everything was on hold until I made the decision and to let them know for them to start and I came back and answered him and told them that I had already told them that I had already canceled the dress, to refund me the money ah well they told me in another email that as I had canceled the shipment for that reason the dress did not arrive on time and that supposedly the dress according to them was going to arrive on time, a cheek in every email they sent me was contradictory one day I answered “Kelly” another day “Annie” nothing to do with the service we are already today June-1-2026 and this is the time that I have not received my refund and then they send me another email saying that the dress was almost ready and that they were supposedly going to refund me 20% of my money when I paid $286.43 dollars and that they are waiting for my answer

i've never made a review for an app or website but i feel that this is important and ppl need to know, do not spend your money on this especially for prom unless you're planning FIVE months ahead. i planned early for my prom per usual and never got my senior dress, i got my return but it was only 50% back, what a waste of time AND money

I ordered a prom dress from ZAPAKA on May 6 in a standard size 2 with no custom measurements or special requests, yet the processing time was somehow listed as 12–15 days, which is ridiculous for a non-custom dress. Once I realized it would not arrive before my prom, I contacted customer service for a refund since the dress had not even shipped yet. They only refunded 50% because it had been over 72 hours since ordering, even though nothing had been shipped. Keeping half of someone’s money for an unshipped standard-size dress feels extremely unfair. The whole experience was stressful and disappointing. Between the long processing times and terrible refund policy, this company seems more interested in keeping your money than helping customers.

Honestly very good
The quality was good and my dress was absolutely beautiful. The only problem was the dress coming in on time I would definitely recommend buying your dress a month and few weeks before your occasion so that you aren’t stressing like I was but overall it was really well made and amazing 😊
App incomplete for Chiffon Dress
I really wanted to order a specific color for a chiffon dress like shown on the website but the app won’t let you choose your color when clicking on chiffon colors. It is impossible to customize your dress with the available color fabric. I reached out to customer service and they still haven’t fix it. Very disappointing as I won’t buy from the website due to too many scams website out there.

I am SO upset. I ordered this dress for prom, and NOWHERE on the website does it state that it takes 2 weeks to PROCESS the order. i paid $40 extra to get this here on time. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS APP

listen I'm not trying to trash the company but if you are getting a custom dress and you need it ASAP watch out for them. I ordered a dress on the first week of last month(the 3rd). they haven’t sent me any type of confirmation code. They haven’t sent me anything about the dress. I had to reach out and ask them for any type of help and you know what they told me “your dress is being made. It will be shipped out shortly. Oh, we’re gonna send you the confirmation code to your dress. We’re gonna give you everything you need for your dress”and you know that I still don’t got my dress. My event is on the 15th it is the 7th today as we speak what do they think I’m supposed to do. they gave me options, but do you think that any of those options are gonna be helpful by the 15th? so watch out before you order from the company. especially being in a plus size girl. Watch out. Then the customer service I had to email them and they take over a day to answer. In the same time they could have made my dress. And if you are a bigger girl and getting a custom dress don't let your skinny friend help you because what is easy for her is not easy for you.

Love the dress
The dress is beautiful. It’s true to size. The fabric quality is great as for the customer service. It seemed very robotic and not super helpful. I was concerned that I got scammed because the tracking app I was using was a little sketchy, but I received my dress if you order all I have to say is be patient and to play it safe order a month in advance

Occasion dress
I was going to purchase a dress spent quite a long time inquiring answers to questions on a particular dress for a future wedding. I asked if they had it in stock. She said made to order. I told her when wedding was. I asked her about returns or exchanges. She was so polite. She said it's early to order dress but I could. I asked her if it's a dress that us available all the time and she said yes. I was looking to buy that weekend. My family got into a tragic car accident and I was busy dealing with health issues. So I came back a week later to find out dress is no longer available. I am extremely disappointed as I love the dress and spent all the time making sure I could get it. 😢

I ordered a dress and it got delayed for so long then it said it was cancelled and that I would be refunded. I never received a refund and couldn’t contact them while also receiving spam calls repeatedly which I blame this place for. do not order from here i still want my money back but haven’t gotten any.

J’ai voulu retourner ma commande dans le délai légal, mais là j’ai découvert le vrai problème :
le site se présente comme français (.fr, interface en français, prix en €), pourtant ils obligent le client à renvoyer le colis aux États-Unis, à ses propres frais.
C’est totalement trompeur et contraire aux droits des consommateurs européens.
Le service client, au lieu d’aider, donne des réponses vagues et dissuasives pour décourager toute demande de retour.
Franchement, je déconseille vivement ce site : conditions de retour abusives, absence de transparence et service client inexistant.

I ordered my daughters prom dress. It took over a month for delivery. I called to cancel my order and get refund. They told that they only refund if you cancel within a week. How can I cancel within a week when it takes over a month to just get my delivery

e dress was supposed to arrived 2 days ago I bought the dress May12;2025 it’s been 18 days already!! When I contacted through online messages on their app they gave me an exact date yet up until now it has not arrived!how are we supposed to tracked our orders when they cant be tracked!!! the shipment tracking cannot be found! Went to post offices several times and tried tracking it on the parcel courier but it cant be tracked!!!.Ive emailed them no response!tried asking for phone number no number to call!!Zapaka how are we supposed to contact you?????
