Poor customer service
Very poor service and they have bad customer service. I had a booking for airport transfer, driver not picking up and the call center employees are far away from professionals.

A real pain and not recommended
I can only agree with other negative reviews. The customer service is poor and slow. Generally they are late for pick up the last one 45 mins late at the airport due to “traffic”. I asked if another driver was closer but they never answered. Their latest customer service disaster was to cancel a pick up because I had the flight departure time wrong by 20 mins. Correct date, correct time, correct flight number . When I asked this to be reinstated they said as less then 48 hours notice they refused- great customer service.
