Poor App
Horrendous app. Everything is confusing and is hard to explain why it is the way it is. It is worth mentioning that it comes with a useless customer service. We are forced to use because of the school, but I wish I did not have to.

Erases bookings you’ve made, creates bookings you haven’t made, terrible UI. Difficult to understand how they are getting this so wrong.

Confusing App
Our office building switched to Zeelo and I loathe it. As someone that is not technologically challenged this was the most confusing app. It is not intuitive as others mentioned due to how exact you have to be with your searches and how many steps you have to go through to book a ride.
If you buy 10 ride tickets, it is only for going one direction. So if you buy tickets from point A to point B, you then have buy separate set of 10 tickets to go from point B to point A. Our office building also only has shuttles running certain times of the day which has become a challenge to find out those times without a general schedule timetable. The only way to have access to the shuttle times is only if you buy a ticket(s). Then when you do book, the vechile information has been wrong each time.
Maybe things will improve, but I despise this app in the meantime.

Shocking Update
App logs out all the time, then requests all your personal details after logging in again. Unable to control notifications, unable to save trip preferences (which is vital for school bus). Often takes over ten minutes to book a single trip due to slow rendering. My daughter waited over an hour for a late service with zero notifications or alerts.

Very slow loading time
The app is very hard to use as it takes an abnormal amount of time to load destinations this makes the app very impractical and needs a lot of work.
Waste of an app
App doesn’t work at all. No tracking, no shuttle, not intuitive. Deleted the app and ended up using uber.
Amazon Cares!
I absolutely love this came in handy while my car is in the shop and I’m going to continue to use so I can save money on gas! 🙌🏾🤞🏾 absolutely love how Amazon cares for the ppl ❤️
Poor
The app is unreliable, the emails notifications are numerous with no facility to disable them and any information about re-routing/ changes to timings/ alternative bus stops is communicated VERY last minute, if at all. Really disappointing.
Use it for work
Saves me so much hassle for work, can see where I need to get picked up from and see where the car is on the way

the app is a poorly designed bug riddled mess once youve fought the through the usesless ai bot that points you to articles that dont help at all and get through to an operator the best they can tell you to do is uninstall and reinstall the app which suprise suprise doesnt work eitherthe buses they use are of poor quality where they allow teenagers to vape on college buses and the drivers frequently rake wrong turns but other than that its brilliant 👍🏻

Terrible organisation and management
Coach breaks down at least three times every month, and when it does they tell you to wait out in the cold at the stop for over an hour at least, the latest time being 90 minutes, which is ridiculous!

This app is so bad, to get to the timetable or locate the driver you have to go through multiple steps. To get to the QR code you have to go through multiple steps. There is no Apple Wallet support for tickets and the website support is non existent, took me 5 days to try and signup.
If you are looking for a transport system I’d avoid this as all cost.

Always late especially when it’s freezing sometimes up to 20-30 mins badly managed the app and the service in general is horrible

Slowest, app ever. Buffers forever. It takes me 20 minutes genuinely to try and book all the tickets for my week ahead.

Horrid for university students
This is genuinely the worst transport app I have ever encountered. There are always app malfunctions like saying you have no rides left even though you just bought them. Oh and some of the drivers are miserable and genuinely just rude. Would not recommend. I’ve missed classes because of Zeelo issues. And they always try and blame the students
