This app has helped me where all other techniques have held my persistence in learning meditation. It is worth the investment in the device that connects to this app.
Huge Waste of Money
Iom Blue is an awful device--does not work with any of the three Apps I wasted my money on. This junk is too expensive to be so crappy. Trying to get this garbage to work will stress you out. One their three Apps will no longer load. HUGE WASTE OF TIME AND MONEY. Shame on these charlatans.
