Garbage, glitchy app
This app is literal trash. It freezes CONSTANTLY so that you can’t scroll down and it literally will not reset unless you close out. And it ain’t a rare occurrence, it is every single time I use the app. I don’t know how someone can create something this bad, y’all should be embarrassed.

This app glitches often - so many times I have to log in multiple times to get it to work. And why the high security (eg having to regularly provide new passwords)? We’re not guarding official secrets here!
Always a problem
There is never not a problem with pos. It always crashes or logs you out or can’t load any information.
Could be five stars
I have written to this company on their website asking if I help, but they don’t even answer. I noted to them that the sign up for a month of classes requires extraordinary work, because you should be able to just copy down week after week without having to go through every day again and again and again. But again, they never answer.

Issues with ongoing error messages
The app continues to show a red blocked error at the bottom of the page when booking classes and attempting to view my own payment schedules. Like, for a year.
Still poor for tracking workouts
As a member, this app is very frustrating for reviewing workout stats.
Once you tap on a workout, when you close that workout, the app dumps you right out into the main list of workouts. There is no “back” feature. So you have to re-type the search entry again. Also, why can’t the user filter results to show only workouts that they’ve logged?
Basically the workout library is clunky and not user friendly. It’s been this way too long. Time for an update.

Terrible update
The last update made this app horrible. It does not stay logged in and my settings were changed. I attend several classes each week and refer to the app almost daily. It is infuriating to have to log in every single time. I am going to recommend that my gym to leave this app.
Ok I guess
I wish we could communicate with the staff of our gym so we could tell them oh I won’t be able to come the day of the graduation or something other then that it’s a meh app.
Raciest instructor
Ok before I start this review it’s not this app it’s a 5 star app in my opinion but anyways one day I witnissed 2 or 3 students tests for a new belt in wu yi teckwondo it was the 159 one that’s close to a chevron,mcdonalds and a north Surrey secondary school 2 or 3 kids who were brown were testing and I witnessed seeing 1 do good better then the others. Some of the people who looked like they were doing worse passed but the brown kids failed even though 1 was doing good. I also saw the same kids last week and I was looking at the testing lane. I saw that instructor who failed him the next day he tested anyways I witnessed him give the boy a green board and the boy was barely able to break it he on pourposly gave him the board so he wouldn’t pass that instructor is also brown so I don’t get it they should be friends not the instructor is racist. But this app is 5 stars in my opinion.

So it’s super glitchy and works OK most of the time but does weird stuff like not letting me reserve for classes so I give it a three out of five, but would not recommend but if this is what your gym uses it’s not a make a break for me
Don’t do it!
This is the worst CRM I have ever used (I’ve been in the industry for 20+years).When you try to review them on Google’, you can’t because of how they technically set up their company. Therefore more people get sucked in to their service with no repercussions. This is a terrible company. Their reports don’t work or make sense. They have terrible customer service to help you with there terrible reports and I can only complain as much at the text limit allows me too on third party websites if I’m allowed too. Even when you go to the FAQ, it doesn’t even show up to date screen shots of what the system looks like. Go elsewhere and tell your friends to stay away.

I have a lot of trouble changing class reservations.
Application Error
Unfortunately, my gym uses this app. I’ve been going to this gym for years and have to login to this app to reserve my spot in class. Over the hundreds, maybe even a thousand, times I’ve opened this app, there has always been an error. “Whoops! Something went wrong” is something you should just get used to seeing. Obviously something is wrong with the code, but throughout the app updates they’ve never been able to fix it. Super buggy. Find another app, if you’re a gym owner. This app is slow and rarely works as intended—unless you’re super patient and have the time to close and reopen multiple times.

I have a suggestion.
I suggest giving our consumers the right to change or delete their bank cards. We have the right to choose automatic payment or manual payment. Your software infringes on our consumers' free rights and interests. Now my credit card can't be deleted by myself, and I can't turn off the automatic payment option, depriving me of my own rights and interests. This is disgusting for you developers.
