Mostly works
It does the minimum, most of the time. However, some booking processes trigger the app loading graphic, which is a series of black dots. These dots block you from selecting anything behind it, the ‘3’ for party size in my case. When I attempted to export an Apple wallet reminder, I was greeted with an xml page that I couldn’t close out of and had to force kill the app

Terrible!!
Reservations made via restaurant do not sync to account. I have 6 reservations confirmed through this app and none show in app for my profile despite following all steps to resolve and there’s no customer service to contact about this issue. Worthless app!

Made a reservation in Beaune. Downloaded app to manage it and to make other other reservations. No restaurants pop up in Beaune or in Dijon. I turned off location bc I thought that might be confusing the app because I am in the states. Nope. I can only see restaurants in Paris and not that many of them. Stick with TheFork to manage reservations while in Europe. I’ve used it many times in Italy, all over Greece and Spain. Never had an issue. Maybe the app is glitching? Not working for me.

login is screwed up
i’ve used Zenchef for many years also and it’s former iteration. And it’s been great. Got a new phone went to go login and my login which is through my email address, not a third-party account (Apple, Google, Facebook, etc.) which I do not like to use is completely unavailable. this is really infuriating and not helpful. Disappointed that I can’t use the app as I should anymore.

I need to pick my geographical location and then select three restaurants that I like in this location before I am allowed to see a reservation that I just made ?! Absolutely unacceptable dark patterns.

I can’t even load this app, staying losing page of finding suggestions at my location forever 🙃

Doesn't work
The app doesn't work on my iPhone 13 - never loads past "finding restaurants", I've tried multiple times over the course of several months and restarted / reinstalled it, but it never worked. The support bot from the button here says it can't help.

J’ai réservé récemment dans plusieurs restaurants via un lien Zenchef mais impossible de retrouver les resa sur mon compte dans l’app (même mail) ni même de trouver les dits restaurants via l’app.

When starting up, the first thing it does is try to find suggestions. It’s stuck there and I can’t bypass it, so a totally useless app.

Réservation possible en passant par le site web de zenchef mais l’application ne connaît pas le resto. A priori le même problème que tout le monde depuis longtemps et pas de correction.

Invite link does not open the app
When you receive a link and open it (WhatsApp, email, does not matter) it leads to the Apple AppStore but does not open the application Zenchef … very annoying
