Total scam
Don’t book at this website . Because of their mistake or some other issue, they made us pay extra money. We had to go back and forth with them repeatedly via phone calls and emails, and getting a refund is extremely difficult. This has left me very disappointed, and I will never come back again.

Shows you rooms that aren’t available. You have to go through the whole payment process every time only to learn that the room isn’t available. Massive waste of time.
Zen but not Khosha
Generally good functionality but receipts are worthless and cannot be used for expense reports ( no amount not tax, no use) deposit gets charged very early and so again not good for expense reports.

I’m on the road heaps for work –Brissy one week, Adelaide the next. This app’s been a lifesaver. Filters are spot on, lets me pick a spot near the job site with brekkie and late check-in. No more muckin’ about with dodgy websites. Loove it

Got stuck in Calgary after a flight cancellation. Was tired and just wanted a place to crash. Found this app, booked a hotel near the airport in under 5 minutes. No issues at check-in. Honestly saved my night.

I’m that meticulous (and stingy) person who checks every single site before booking, but ZenHotels always has cheaper prices and promo codes. Booked a hotel for my vacation, paid with a virtual card. Oh, and support ACTUALLY replies if you have a question!

Booking Saved My Night
First night in Liverpool, standing in the lobby and the receptionist couldn’t find my booking. Bit of a heart attack moment! Sent a quick message to ZenHotels support and they had it sorted before I finished my ☕☕. At night! Also got a free upgrade. Lifesaver.

Do thorough research before booking
I booked a stay with ZenHotels and after the website kept crashing out I should have took it as a sign and a red flag. I originally found on their website my stay coming out to a little over $500. The website crashed and could not honor that price but for inconvenience gave me a coupon. When I went to rebook it was 606 not bad but I guess that was just base price and more fees were included after the 606. I booked cause I thought I could use my coupon codes however I regret that I did. I happen to check the official website and I am basically paying $200 extra then what’s on the official website. I just wanted to see if they could partially refund me for overcharging me by a lot. I’m staying 2 nights and being charged $700 versus $500. I wish I could say better things but I won’t. Don’t trust google search engine to do its job go the old fashioned route and do it yourself. If they reach out and help I will update you otherwise please be cautious and research other alternatives before booking with ZenHotels.

Worst Ever
This application provides inaccurate booking information and forces you to pay compensation due to incorrect booking categories. They keep procrastinating and delaying the resolution process, leaving you waiting in the lobby until you lose patience with their unfulfilled promises. I will never book through them again—this was my first and last time.
