TERRIBLE APPLICATION
There isn’t a zero star option so I had to go with one. It DOESN’T WORK! Do not waste a breath on this app. Only displays error codes and that’s it. Zenith bank has become a terrible bank.
Functionality
I’ve got all the credentials needed for registration but I still can’t login to the app after entering everything.
ABSOLUTELY USELESS
Please kindly take this app down! It’s embarrassing that this is all, a bank of your stature can offer your customers. What you deserve is a ZERO star!
Useless App
Where would I even start? If it was possible to give it a zero star I would have. The whole zenith bank operation is useless. For over a year, I have been unable to set this up to use with my iPhone 14 and now iPhone 15. And for this reason, I cannot reset my mobile app password expect I fly down to the country and visit a branch. I have sent emails, tried the chat us option and I was referred to visit the bank. I also attempted to go through the internet banking and I was told I have an hardware token, to which I never applied for. When I attempted to reset the supposed hardware token because, I am not sure if a fraud is being attempted on my account, it says I do not have an hardware and I am still confused. Nothing works and I am stuck with no way to login my mobile app. JUST RIDICULOUS

Doesn’t work on iPhone from zenith insider
Apperntly for iPhone is doesn’t work. You make it so to change transfer limits I need to generate token and that doesn’t work on iPhone
You should allow us to use otp untill it’s working on iPhone. Because I might have to change bank because 200k a day useless for me

Worse app of all time
I’m desperately going to give a big fat zero but unfortunately I had to reluctantly give an undeserved one star. Still trying to figure out where this app ranks in the all time worse app. Absolutely appalling.
Why bother..?
I have to agree with the earlier reviewer! Something that could be so simply in this century has been made with zero attention to modern day science and flexibility. So rigid, it still doesn’t function as it should.
Very disappointing App
So many bugs to fix. Last updated 1 year ago It doesn't work on my iPhone 15. It has been a month now the customer service has been trying to help to no avail. The app doesn't even appear on app settings.🫣
Gets the job done
Requires some patience to set it up but it works fine. Also, the app could be a little more responsive.

I just can’t wrap my mind around why a prestigious (erstwhile) bank as ZENITH will come up with a dummy app-their so-called Zenith etoken app. This app is simply unworkable and stressful trying in vain to activate it.
The so-called Zenith etoken app is to put it simply, the dumbest, unworkable, and scamming app I’ve ever come across, defrauding their customers of N1,500 for a service designed to fail.
Shame! On you, ZENITH, that you couldn’t in the least, even respond on this review platform, to the plethora of complains of your multitude of frustrated Customers who’ve expressed their frustrating experiences with your failed etoken app, much more attempting to fix it.
