What happened?

Did Zepp stop supporting this app without announcing it? It used to be a little finicky and not the greatest design but worked alright once you got the hang of it. I just tried using it for the first time after a few years and nothing works. It won't connect to the internet so you can no longer access your account. It also fails to connect to the racket sensor more times than not.

Can not connect

I can not connect the sensor. No customer service information. By the way they did not provide to Apple Privacy policy details as of today 06-23-23that is the statement on the App Store. Can not use the app. With our connecting the sensor.

Videos not working and app keeps freezing

I can’t watch videos anymore.

This app has the potential to be great but for some reason I can watch the coaching videos anymore. Did the technicians stop updating the software or don’t they care anyone?
