What happened?
Did Zepp stop supporting this app without announcing it? It used to be a little finicky and not the greatest design but worked alright once you got the hang of it. I just tried using it for the first time after a few years and nothing works. It won't connect to the internet so you can no longer access your account. It also fails to connect to the racket sensor more times than not.

I can not connect the sensor. No customer service information. By the way they did not provide to Apple Privacy policy details as of today 06-23-23that is the statement on the App Store. Can not use the app. With our connecting the sensor.
Videos not working and app keeps freezing
I can’t watch videos anymore.
This app has the potential to be great but for some reason I can watch the coaching videos anymore. Did the technicians stop updating the software or don’t they care anyone?

이제는 라켓 자체 부착된 작은 형태도 많지만 가끔씩 서브를 체크할 때 유용하게 사용 중입니다. 앱 내에 있는 동영상레슨은 생각보다 핵심을 잡고 있습니다. 중급 플레이어에게 도움이 될 내용이라 생각합니다.

I bought this for my 8-year-old son and we tested it today! Wow! Great feedback! It also offers tips on how to improve consistency! I may fire his coach! Lol j/k. Truthfully, this is awesome!!

Für Datenjunkies unter den Tennisspielern eine wahre Freude - der Nutzen für die Verbesserung des Spiels etwas fraglich. Verbindung zum Sensor funktioniert mittlerweile problemlos.
