Totally cannot access in MRT, very slow speed data at home. No point
Beware of hidden t&c
They didn’t mention their T&C in the app, web or ads that the international roaming will cost non pr or non sg residents $500 for deposit. And even the local network is worse than my previous one.
Great service
Giving money for addons takes a few business days. Customers are not allowed to buy addons when overseas.
App doesn’t let me view usage or others
Only after I subscribed the app stopped working. Is that supposed to be intentional?
Hopeless login
What nonsense! Need login every time you open the app and almost every 2 mins. Logs you out. Sometimes need login again for different sections eve though already logged in.
