Bad company
This company has so many surprise charges when they claim that the car has “unlimited” miles. You will get accidental charges, if the battery goes below 10% even on your way to the charger (hope it’s not hot because full Tesla charge will only last 4 hours in Phoenix) and also Tesla stations be under repair or have chargers out. In addition, the daily plan says $480 a week it will actually come out to $510, they throw an extra $30 every week and don’t even say anything. The host company can lock your car effectively for hours in the middle of work if the electric charge doesn’t go through (many problems with this as far as timing) forever delaying their money. If you get locked out or stranded be sure to be locked out at least an hour plus. Shame on Zevo for not mentioning all these details, I hey advertise $400-500 but believe me you will be charged more especially if you pay on time every week. It sounds crazy but that’s what happens. Beware save your money go with a different company, these Teslas are a money pit as they advertise to ride share full time drivers but also say we drive too many miles and need to be charged. Deceptive business practices imo and will file a grievance with the FTC as well as Arizonas AG

Great opportunity!
As a person that makes a living from working rideshare/delivery gigs, but don’t own an acceptable personal vehicle for the job. It’s nice to have a company such as ZEVO to aid in assisting with not only providing a qualified vehicle to rent, but also being more affordable than the others. Host are misleading and greedy
I signed up with ZEVO and specifically selected the unlimited mileage plan because I needed the flexibility to drive without worrying about mileage limits. At first, the host was very friendly, understanding, and agreed to a $600 weekly rate.
However, after just one week, the host unexpectedly increased my weekly payment to $775. When I asked why the price changed, I was told it was due to “high wear and tear” because the vehicle was allegedly being driven 400 miles per day. The host also claimed I drove 5,565 miles in two weeks, which I strongly dispute because that number is simply inaccurate.
My issue is that I specifically chose an unlimited mileage plan, so being charged more because of how much I was driving doesn’t make sense. If unlimited mileage is offered, customers should be able to rely on those terms without unexpected price increases.
I was also charged higher amounts week after week without clear communication or transparency. This experience felt unfair and misleading, and I hope ZEVO improves how hosts communicate pricing and honors the original agreements made with renters.

Seamless and Easy!
Amazing experience renting a Tesla from Zevo! I was able to book a car and drive within a few minutes! The cars are available anytime so you don’t have to coordinate with anyone. Would highly recommend!
DONT DO IT
Just don’t get this app or use them waste of time and money the Teslas all need work on them if you get in a wreck be prepared to pay something half the time the cars come damaged the lie saying you ca lease with them and they are a 3rd party not there cars
Horrible app even worse customer service
Currently have a rental and they use AI for customer service so you won’t ever actually speak to or email a person. The host of the vehicle is unresponsive as well.

Don’t even waste your time downloading this app. They just collect your information and won’t let you onboard to actually rent a vehicle.

Really happy with ZEVO! The booking process was super easy to figure out — had a car reserved in just a few minutes. Great app for anyone looking to get around without the hassle. Will definitely be using it again!

Support does not right the company’s wrong doings, and believe me, they will do you wrong. Rent elsewhere if you dont want the headache.
Scam
One of the biggest scams ever. Almost impossible to get any time of customer service help with the App.
I rented with Hart rental with the app. They advised me it was a week free but was actually up charged. They advised that the vehicle can be used for Lyft but in reality it DOESNT the registration won’t be approved through the app.
They will keep your security deposit if you don’t keep the car from more then 3 months.
My original rental was expose to be $350 a week but it went to $400 and you won’t be able to contact anybody for any help.

Don’t waste your time
I decided to rent with ZEVO and had a horrible experience! I got a Tesla from North Austin and had trouble starting the car. I contacted customer service took about 20 minutes to get a response back from them! I then got home and realized the car had temporary license plate! I couldn’t do any 3rd party gig apps because the vehicle has to be registered in order to do any gig work app! The day I picked up the vehicle the ground was wet and tires weren’t gripping good to the floor so the Tesla was sliding which is a safety hazard and can cause a wreck… come to find out they were cheap Walmart tires that are $80 a tire not make for rainy weather teslas require special tires because of the weight of the vehicle. It’s been 3 days since I returned the Tesla still no refund or any word back yet. I’ve been arguing for my money refund and still no answer they just don’t respond. Rent a car else where trust me save the time and energy

Expensive and horrible customer service
Make no mistake: you will overpay for this service and will barely receive a response in a timely manner. Unprofessional and not reasonable.
Only use for last resort
Everything with customer service takes hrs , they tried to double charge me , I sent proof of my payment and they still cut the car off and took hrs to fix the issue . I paid my weekly payment of 450$ but instead of taking the payment they took 77$ out and switched me to a daily payment even though I showed proof of my payment. If you like your car randomly being locked for things that is out of your control definitely book with ZEVO

EV Too Expensive and poor communication.
I rented a vehicle in Phoenix the air conditioning in the Tesla did not work. I had to return that vehicle in 120 degree weather not to mention leather seats. I then was given another vehicle with the exact same problem the air conditioning did not work. I live almost 76 miles from the pick up location so I had to drive back to location to return another car at this point I don’t want to rent here. Employee swears he didn’t know and tells me he’s gonna give me discount and put me in another vehicle well the discount never applied and actually upcharged me. This was a waste of time and money I’d never rent here again.
