Ordered to go
I got 4 drinks to go this morning for my friends at work and they all weren’t impressed. Everyone’s drinks were watered down and tasted like they were made very fast. Maybe we got the wrong drinks but none of the girls were impressed.

This app sucks. Cannot get it to sync with my phone or open.
Ziggis wonderful, app sucks
Everything about Ziggis and their products are wonderful! But the app rarely works. You put everything in your cart and then go to checkout and I never stops loading. Please fix it!

I love Ziggi coffee I have now had a refresher, coffee and Matcha. There all were amazing and the work service was fast and very kind. Pricing of their drinks are very affordable. I come here almost every week my favorite drink place.

Will be regulars! Much cheaper and better flavor than big chain coffee shops. It’s nice having a nice coffee shop on the south side of town! And all the staff so far have been very sweet. Definitely recommend trying this little gem!
We love Ziggi’s!!
We used to have a favorite coffee spot until we had Ziggi’s. We drive about 45 minutes round trip when we are in the area. The crew is always very friendly and sweet and we love the coffee. We wish we had one closer to where we live and on every road trip we go on!

Disappointed again
I’ve ordered the protein matcha from Ziggi’s twice now, and both times it tasted completely different from what I normally get. I specifically pay extra for the protein version, and this last one especially tasted like a regular matcha with no protein added at all. The texture and flavor were noticeably off.
I understand mistakes happen, but these drinks are expensive, and it’s frustrating to pay premium prices and not get what was ordered. I really like Ziggi’s overall, so I’m hoping this is something that can be addressed for better consistency moving forward.

Allergy
Placed a large order for my office. Made sure to add no egg to waffle sandwich, open bag only to find egg on the sandwich. Could have been bad if it had been consumed. Also, I’ll add that all the heavy drinks were placed in 1 drink holder with the bottom busting out. The girls passed it to me and as they were passing it through the window the bottom came apart and I became drenched! It all happened at the Carthage, MO location!

Broken and slow app
Can’t even get a verification email so I can load money on the app. And why do we need to verify before loading money anyway? No other coffee joint requires this. For average coffee they sure make it hard to buy.

Ordering with poor internet is almost impossible, since every single button press sends a network request, and whenever one fails it stalls the app forever and forces you to restart your order. Needs to cache a lot of this so it only sends 1 net request on place order.

The staff is always incredible and the local vibe makes this a great addition to my community. The app isn’t as fancy as some corporate behemoth’s but it’s reliable and quick to use. Definitely my favorite coffee shop at the moment!
Great Place, Bad App
There aren’t many Ziggi’s in my area, and as a new customer I was excited to become a regular. The fact that the app is completely unusable changed that for me. I can’t get through the login page without being told my password is wrong (it’s not) nor can I order without being told I have too many requests.
