Window pickup not efficient
When ordering from the app and picking up at window when there’s a line should be smooth but they focus on drive thru orders and not app/pickup orders. It doesn’t save time preordering and faster waiting in a line of traffic at the drive thru. They don’t start your order until you get there so not a time saver.
For app orders there should be a sign “ App orders can be picked up at the window without waiting when drive thru is busy for convenience.”

As a person who works in healthcare I have limited time on my breaks/meal times.. that’s why I order almost every time I go in my order has not been completed or still needs to be done. They proceed to do the drive-through orders ahead of my order just to get them out the way. I understand that the line gets long, however I order my meal ahead of time for that reason I don’t know what the problem is or however they seem to skip over my order before anyone else’s, maybe it’s just me problem, but it’s frustrating. like I said, I work in healthcare minutes count and when I’m always receiving five minutes after my order is supposed to be completed. Also, an employee had told me they do the orders however they come in how come my order comes last when I order ahead of people in line and they get there first. This has happened to me multiple times with the same person.

Ordered to go
I got 4 drinks to go this morning for my friends at work and they all weren’t impressed. Everyone’s drinks were watered down and tasted like they were made very fast. Maybe we got the wrong drinks but none of the girls were impressed.

Ziggis wonderful, app sucks
Everything about Ziggis and their products are wonderful! But the app rarely works. You put everything in your cart and then go to checkout and I never stops loading. Please fix it!

I love Ziggi coffee I have now had a refresher, coffee and Matcha. There all were amazing and the work service was fast and very kind. Pricing of their drinks are very affordable. I come here almost every week my favorite drink place.

Will be regulars! Much cheaper and better flavor than big chain coffee shops. It’s nice having a nice coffee shop on the south side of town! And all the staff so far have been very sweet. Definitely recommend trying this little gem!
We love Ziggi’s!!
We used to have a favorite coffee spot until we had Ziggi’s. We drive about 45 minutes round trip when we are in the area. The crew is always very friendly and sweet and we love the coffee. We wish we had one closer to where we live and on every road trip we go on!

Disappointed again
I’ve ordered the protein matcha from Ziggi’s twice now, and both times it tasted completely different from what I normally get. I specifically pay extra for the protein version, and this last one especially tasted like a regular matcha with no protein added at all. The texture and flavor were noticeably off.
I understand mistakes happen, but these drinks are expensive, and it’s frustrating to pay premium prices and not get what was ordered. I really like Ziggi’s overall, so I’m hoping this is something that can be addressed for better consistency moving forward.

Allergy
Placed a large order for my office. Made sure to add no egg to waffle sandwich, open bag only to find egg on the sandwich. Could have been bad if it had been consumed. Also, I’ll add that all the heavy drinks were placed in 1 drink holder with the bottom busting out. The girls passed it to me and as they were passing it through the window the bottom came apart and I became drenched! It all happened at the Carthage, MO location!
