They literally took the product as the returned and from that day neither their customer calling lines nor there WhatsApp chat no one the replying or picking up the calling @zigly either hire a customer support or completely mention that you can’t even help customer to get there money back
Fake app
I ordered a farmina struvite dog food from this app, but after some time the order was cancelled, and it shows that I didn’t place any order. I tried to call them, but the call is not connecting, and I also messaged them on WhatsApp, but they didn’t even give a reply. Also, I didn't get the refund of my money. They didn’t give any update about the refund.

I tried ordering tags for my dogs, order was placed on 30th march, they haven’t been able to give a single update on them. Their customer care no doesn’t work, their whatsapp chat help leaves in middle of conversation and don’t have any way to contact them for anything

I cannot express my disappointment and frustration with Zigly Pet Food Company enough. Dealing with this online pet food company has been nothing short of a nightmare. From their false promises to their disgraceful customer service, Zigly Pet Food Company has failed on every level.
Firstly, let's talk about their ability to actually deliver the products that customers have paid for. I placed an order with Zigly Pet Food Company nearly a month ago, and to this day, I have not received a single bag of pet food. Despite numerous emails and phone calls to their customer service, all I received were empty promises and excuses. It's beyond infuriating that they happily take customers' money without delivering the product they paid for.
To make matters worse, the lack of communication from Zigly Pet Food Company is next to nonexistent. Whenever I reached out for an update on my order, I either received no response or got vague, unhelpful answers. Customer service representatives seemed completely disinterested in resolving my issue, displaying a complete lack of professionalism.
Furthermore, the quality of Zigly Pet Food Company's products is highly questionable. On the off chance that you do receive your order, don't get your hopes up about the nutritional value or freshness of their pet food. The packaging of the delivered product I received was already ripped and the food seemed stale. It's clear that their quality control is severely lacking.
In conclusion, I wholeheartedly advise any pet owner to avoid Zigly Pet Food Company at all costs. Not only do they fail to deliver on their promises, but their customer service is abysmal. Worthless Company
I had ordered kittos snacks worth nearly Rs. 300 on the 19th of September 2023. Today is the 4th of October 2023 and I haven’t received them, yet. The status still says In Progress. And there’s no customer support too. Worthless company!

A very user friendly app It can help you with finding correct products like food, walk essentials, clothing to the right services like vet consulting, at home grooming etc. The Zigly app carries everything a pet could need, with an excellent selection of products at attractive prices. I love that my dog's food comes regularly, with free shipping, and I don't have to go anywhere to find it every month. Please beware of this app. This is a fraud app. I had ordered cat food from here and after a few days I checked they show that I haven’t placed any order. The biggest mistake I did was I trusted them and prepaid online. Its so disgusting to see so many fraud people doing business in India. I will file a formal complaint against this app. You can’t run away with my hard earned money.
