Don’t bother

1st order, my delivery is 1 hour overdue and have had no contact and no way to contact customer service.

£1200 worth of clothing ruined

£1200 worth of clothing ruined as this incompetent company machine washed 8 items of dry clean only clothing. I had to threaten legal action in order to be compensated for my loss and after 6 months and countless emails, I received just a fraction of the value of the items destroyed. Many of the items I had only worn once or twice. They also delivered me a bag of someone else’s sheets and towels instead of my own clothes. They arrived early, they arrived late. The customer service team told me on 4 separate occasions I would be compensated and funds were not remitted. Something is going seriously wrong with the leadership in this organisation. Support your local dry cleaner and save yourself a headache.

You are quick, responsive and with good quality service but not sure now if I had to login the new App always. I got rather confused while proceeding with the last order

This is the worst laundry experience I have EVER had.

Don’t believe any positive review as it must be fake.

I put it in a suit, some trousers and a jumper for dry cleaning.

They ruined a pair of trousers, hung my suit jacket on a wire hanger (which has ruined the shoulders) and have lost the suit trousers and jumper.....

Not to mention, the delivery was totally botched (but I don’t have energy to write about that experience!)

Bottom line. I have been asking for my clothes back now for over a week... still nothing- I haven’t heard from then in 4 days... they keep offering me a discount on my next order (they must be on a serious amount of drugs to think I would ever even entertain using this pathetic service again)

AVOID THESE CROOKS.

Horrible

Ever since zip jet merged with Laundre app… It’s been a mess… I used to be able to depend on Zipjet and I absolutely loved the service, but I have to say now the app is just more difficult to navigate. I didn’t get my dry cleaning back for a period of three weeks at one point, nobody answered the phones or responded to my emails… It’s going to take some time for me to gain their trust back but for right now I would tell nobody to use this app

Excellent, faultless service

Brilliant app, excellent service.

DO NOT USE THIS APP

Appalling service no customer service available to reply. Huge delays. No expirations or apologies. Their excuse was the merger between Zipjet and Laundrapp but it is now 2 months I am encountering issues. Delays wrong information given on the app. Ruined many evening where I was waiting for hours to end up being told that they will reschedule for in few days. Trying to reach out customer service now but no one is replying. Appalling DO NOT USE!!!!

Laundryapp

Happy with the service I have been using for 5 years, esp with Zipjet. I wish we could have a collect earlier (eg next 12 hours following your order) Service I used to have with Zipjet but not anymore with Laundryapp

Rescheduled order

My order was rescheduled 3 times!
Each time the reason given was that the driver is experiencing severe delays! Three times though?

Missing laundry and no response from customer care

Used Zipjet for years and never had a problem. Ever since this new merger things have changed dramatically. We lost an entire bag of laundry and there is no way to trace it. Customer Care is impossible to get hold off- lines are busy and chats don’t work. When you get hold of someone they say they will call you back and then don’t. Not much you can do except take legal action. I wouldn’t use this for the time being.

Awful no one turns up on first order

No one turned up on first order and customer service was poor had to cancel now i do t know whether ill get money back ? Strongly avoid this service. Very bad customer service

Nice staff and good service

Was good before the Laundrapp merger...

Since the merging of Laundrapp and ZipJet, the service has taken a turn for the worst across both platforms.

Customer service has dropped off and orders are constantly cancelled with very little notice (my last order was cancelled three times, one of which was 50 minutes into a delivery window at 8.50am).

They’ve bought the competition now so they just don’t need to bother.

Buggy App after Laundrapp Merger

Was Great before Laundrapp took over

I was using Zipjet happily about two years. They provided good service and customer care. Unfortunately after Laundrapp took over, They cancelled my order FOUR times last minute even after confirming they will be collecting my bag.
By the way they offered 5£ for the inconvenience.
Are you joking?

I’d switched for a local dry cleaner and I am much happier with their service and price. And it is good to support local businesses.

WORST SERVICE EVER!!! Never using it again!

Since Launrapp bought zipjet it has been a disaster, first time ordering in the new app and the order never arrives, customer support can’t contact the driver and they tell me that it’s not gonna be delivered that day without being able to tell where my order is!!! No clue, nothing they just told me that it “should be in the van”. Next day I book delivery and it’s an hour late in the night again not being able to guarantee me that my order is going to be 100% delivered. After all this they didn’t even give me a full refund, just 50% of my money. I HIGHLY DISCOURAGE EVERYONE FROM USING THIS APP THAT CALLS ITSELF A COMPANY. Save your time and money.

UPDATE: They failed to deliver my trousers again!!! They don’t have a clue where they are.....

Do not use

This is the worst experience I have had. It is impossible to get hold of their customer services, and they still have my clothes.

These guys are terrible

They finally returned my items after holding them hostage for over a week. I’ve had to call them multiple times, each time waiting on hold for what seemed like an eternity. Every person I spoke to was nice, but they kept rescheduling the delivery randomly. It really seemed like they had no idea where my stuff was. In the end an AddisonLee driver delivered them. I’m so happy they delivered my clothes I am never letting them take my items again. It is definitely convenient, but when something goes wrong you are screwed. Just go to the local cleaner and keep them in business. At least you can yell at them in person if they mess up.
