Great app
Love the app but recently it does not let me use my rewards when ordering.
They don’t make it easy
The app is difficult because it just consistently errors out and you have to input your info every single time.
Walked into the Kailua one since the app wasn’t working and stood at the bakery counter for almost minutes before anyone even acknowledged my presence 😆 Couldn’t even get eye contact. No wonder they upped their prices so much… people just elsewhere nowadays. 🤷🏻♂️

Clumsy app that needs work
Can’t place orders because I can’t select a location. Map doesn’t populate locations. Some items won’t load into cart or load modifications. Process to redeem rewards is neither explained nor intuitive. I question whether designers of the app use it or test it in ways other than the most basic.
Location Search
This is my only complaint but it makes my crazy. When I try to input my location (address, city, zip code,etc.) it does not work. Whatever I input gets erased/deleted. So then I use “current location” but that does not work either. Please fix. Mahalo.
Very disappointed
Why is it that every time I update the app, my rewards points disappears. I would have to start over again! Very frustrating!!!
App Doesn’t Work
The app worked good before they upgraded it. Now I cannot get past the store location page. Press location and then hit Start Order but it defaults back to the store location. In addition after logging in, I noticed my Zip Coins reward balance was down to zero. I had 2500 pts! Contacted Zippy’s about the issue but it’s been 2 days and it’s still not working.

Buggy
I’ve used this app lots of times before but when they did an overhaul, it’s been super buggy . Sometimes my points and history won’t load and I have a hard time deleting and passing credit cards.
Account problems
The app logged me out of my account and I can’t log back in. Used the same email to try and reset the password, no email was sent. Went on the rewards support and filled out information, haven’t gotten a response in 2+ weeks. Shame because I lost a lot of points I was saving up.
Restore history & zipcoins
I updated as told to 11/17/25. After I did, my entire account history & all zipster rewards coins are gone—shows 0 balance, & no history.
LATEST APP UPDATE DOESN’T WORK
The app fails to load restaurants to place orders from. The app developers did not build in a system to let the user easily know when and how many points are expiring.
If it’s not broke, don’t fix it. This app used to work well before they decided to overhaul the entire design

Sign in & they will track you
Tried to sign back into the Zippy’s App & it states that you will be directed to “pingone.com” and they will track you.
Plus your points get deleted if you don’t use it within a certain time. Zippy’s has gotten so expensive so you can’t eat there often anyway. So I deleted the App.

Please stick to a design
I’ve seen the app change designs 3 times. I’m so used to one design that every time it changes, I get lost navigating through the new interface. Right now, I am unable to find the “search” tab within the app. It existed in previous interfaces but not in this one.

New app problems
The new app update removed login info and lost all zip coin rewards. Trying to setup new account to make ordering easier fails to proceed. App pushes to pingone.com to authenticate but it fails to connect or proceed with new account.
New Update Broke EVERYTHING
I don’t care how pretty it is. The best thing about this app was how slick and convenient it was. And now with the new update, I had to make a new log in, which I was unable to, because I suspect that Apple Keychain passwords are incompatible with the app standards. I tried to pay for something as a guest without logging in and I couldn’t load my credit card because the submit button disappears in iOS. If you can’t get an app to work in iOS, how are you going to get it to work in Android?!

What’s going on with the new app? The new third party vendor either needs to fix it, or be replaced by another that will make it work properly.

Humbug. Since the update this app has been useless.
