Terrible and lazy team members
I had issues installing their app for a month plus now and they can’t even fix it. I have been communicating with them yet no respond or follow up, I am always the one asking them if they have fixed it yet no positive reply. They aren’t serious business people , just some bunch of lazy people who aren’t ready to make their app better

Transfers makes more than 24hrs for them to deposit in your mobile account.
Terrible business model/management
The have problems with their services instead of suspending the service they take you money and can process your transfer. This is inconsiderate and selfish. Made a transfer is over five hours my mobile money transfer is still processing!!!!
