Not what I was expecting

I needed an email account that allows me unlimited emails for my domain. To run a blog with forms and newsletters. I’m not paying for each email I need under my domain.

Unable to send emails for 10 days and no customer service response!!!

If anyone from Zoho’s customer service team, please explain why I’ve been unable to send any emails for the past 10 days, despite no apperant blocks or restrictions on my account??? Also why hasn't your support e-mail responded to help me or explain the issue???

For anyone considering Zoho Mail, think twice! Because when you have an issue, you will be on your own!

Better GUI, but some functions don’t work as well as web-based interface

The look and feel of this is similar to the web-based interface, but better formatted for the iPhone display. But the web-based interface allows more control. Some verification tasks seemed to not work unless done through the web-based interface.

Tapping the login button does nothing. The app is unusable.

Great, but too simple

The app is great, but it lacks some important functions, like deleting a user for example. The main Zoho mail app should follow this design too.

Cant leave first page. Over tho years i keep trying to use Zoho apps and invariability give up. Must be for companies with IT people whose job is not the business but monkeying with tech

So complicated!

I'm a simple soul who needs an imap mailbox for my domain. Have set it up on zoho, so complicated! Now need to change the password for the mailbox. Obvious, how to? No!

App needs work!

Open app and get message “ ZMail Admin has been locked, Tap any where to authenticate”. Tapping any where and everywhere produces no effect, will need to uninstall and reinstall app, maybe that will fix it. This will be second time needing to reinstall to fix app. 👎
