Not working
After install, phone ringing but no audio, also when app is closed, phone will not ringing, the support team, no reply. A bit disappointed.
Paid plan doesn’t work & no support
Paid to access certain features and it doesn’t work at all. Contacted support multiple times with no response. Stay away.
Non functional
Add an account, the app loses it as soon as you navigate to another app. Waste of time and money - basically a scam.
Hangs on Mac
The iPhone app seems to install on the Mac but hangs with a beachball after attempting to make a call.
Kick’s current call
Some apps won’t allow another call to be placed on hold while you answer. This is one of them. Groundwire by acrobits does allow you to have a call on hold however just like your normal cell calling.

И еще сделайте кнопку стирания номера при наборе номера внизу как в телефоне. Сейчас кнопка backspace находится сверху.

Ужас
Ужасное приложение, постоянно слетает учетная запись. Пришлось ждать месяц, чтобы она активировалась. Невозможно пользоваться, также не работают подключенные функции.
Enjoy My $10 / Never Again
I forgot to cancel before the trial ended. This app is mostly useless because it won’t stay connected. I thought premium would fix it, but it doesn’t. Wasted $10 for nothing. 3 stars because you can at least make calls once you force it to reconnect. It’s useless other than that.
Fonctionne mal
l’appli doit rester ouverte en permanence pour recevoir les appels, et le mode notifications est payant. Un service qui nécessite un paiement pour être fonctionnel pourrait au moins fournir une expérience utilisateur correcte, l’interface est désastreuse.

Even when you pay for them. Instead you should look online for other apps that actually do this well and don’t charge monthly for it.

I don’t receive incoming calls unless I know someone is calling and open the app before they call. Calls do not come in when the phone screen is off. What is the point? Don’t waste your money to pay for something this app can’t deliver.

The most critical issue is its inability to maintain a connection. The moment you switch to another app or the phone locks, Zoiper disconnects from the server. This means you miss crucial calls and notifications, as incoming calls simply don't ring. There are absolutely no push notifications, regardless of how much you pay, rendering the app useless for receiving calls unless it's actively open on your screen.
To make matters worse, the support is non-existent. You are entirely on your own when issues arise, with no help or guidance whatsoever. It feels like throwing money away for a service that simply does not work as advertised.
Save yourself the headache and look for an alternative. This app is a complete waste of time and money.

Upgrade to premium doesn’t work, but lite version works as-is
The free lite version of the Zoiper soft phone works as expected. I upgraded to premium using the in-app purchase in order to get the encrypted calling feature. No features were enabled. I reached out to the developer twice over the course of a week but received no response. Too bad because I otherwise like the product. I requested a refund.

Funktion ist gut, aber wenn von einem wlan in ein anderes wlan oder vom wlan ins 4G Netz gewechselt wird, ist die Registrierung weg. Muss jedesmal manuell neu registriert werden. Die Option für Hintergrund Nutzung ist gekauft und aktiviert…
