Bug Fixes and Performance Improvements

User reviews

I really had high hopes for this app

OK so after what I saw from a review that someone posted I don’t think I ever want or ever show any interest unless they upgrade their protection because to be honest, I don’t want my information to get stolen because you guys were hacked and I kind of figure there was a problem with this application because I forgot my password but I honestly think I didn’t put a saying I am putting the wrong password. I try to reset it but I’m having crazy issues so who knows that’s the reason.

Doesn’t work

Says for IOS only using an iPhone 11 - I am able to download but it just keeps trying to load so I could join. Obviously the bug fixes didn’t work.

The worst, and they were hacked!

I pray that this review makes it to their page because not too hard go were about several months ago I received a letter stating that they have been hacked, and a lot of my personal information was apparently stolen and contacting them is nearly impossible, and next to nothing, which is really sad. Let alone Ike had gotten rid of this card and account a year or two ago, and this is still happening? Really unfortunate really sad and this app needs to be shut down IMMEDIATELY!

App doesn’t work

I would love to rate the actual app but it has not worked once since I downloaded it a week ago

Poor management

Poor management caused them to dissolve which hurt my average credit age.

EDIT TO ADD: I received A response from the developer to email them. So I did, their response via email is they are aware that prematurely closing accounts will affect their consumers credit age and they don’t care.
