I’m sure this would be a great app if I was twenty years younger. However, at 68 years with osteoarthritis, this app does not offer enough customisation to make it safe to use. I kept rating the workouts as too hard, but the changes made were negligible.

I signed up for this app, and was charged the annual fee, but a few weeks after signing up, my account was deactivated. I can’t get ahold of anyone at Zova to see if I can be refunded to gain access that I paid for.

Their spiel goes on about not resorting to shady tactics and keeping your information safe and not sharing it.
If that is the case, then why do you need so much information just to find out how much the app costs. No costs even available on their website.
