Needs Apple Watch Notifications
I wish I could do everything on my phone like the desk top app, but the most inconvenient thing this app doesn’t have is notifications to go to my Apple Watch, that would be really helpful!
Texts are great but calls are rarely good
We have had both the old and the new app and all 7 of my employees and myself have had very slim luck being able to answer or make calls consistently. Most of the time the other end cannot hear us at all.
MX Mobile app okay
App works good and I implemented it as a fail safe if our internet goes down. Nothing bad to say about it.
Unusable
We have all the iOS updates for security and now we are unable to use 4 digit dialing internally. Anyone transferred to us connect but we can not hear each other. And some times we cannot call out and connect! Either the App needs updating or the MX Server but currently worthless

Does not let us sign in
When we are able to sign in, this app works. However several staff members are kicked out and then unable to sign in. We are told the MX Mobile is unavailable.
Attachments button doesn’t do anything

Better than prior app but not much
Constant, constant issues. Company wide no one is safe from the app not working or dropping calls.
Barely works, poor support
Can’t answer calls. Can’t place calls. Most people I work with have given up on the app. Others are constantly complaining about it working one minute but not the next. Local retailer says theirs works so mine should too. If I press the issue, they charge me to troubleshoot and it still doesn’t work. Reached out to Zultys support and they told me they can’t help and I should talk to the local retailer for help.

Doesn’t work right
People can call in but they can’t hear me, other iPhone users having same issue. Works great on android
How to put on do not disturb??
Can’t find an option to set when I’m away or in a meeting. Help!
Great Upgrade
This is a much better much smarter version of the APP. Makes working from home easy and seamless. I have enjoyed working with Zultys from quiet some time now and hope every user experiencing the same and taking advantage of all the new features.

Good app but unsure how to set DND
Good app but how do you silence incoming calls like a do not disturb mode? Do I just set my status as Not Available or Busy? It’s not clear if it is possible to silence incoming calls. Also maybe a schedule time to set when to silence calls would be nice. Say 9 AM to 5 PM and outside of those hours you don’t get notifications of calls and they instead go to voicemail.
