Excellent…but…
Absolutely love the app! The one main thing I see missing is not being able to ask Siri to dial using Zulu. Other than that, my office uses different ring patterns on the desk phones to indicate a priority call…it’d be nice to have that available on my iPhone as well
Absolute garbage
VOIP app from developer that’s never used a phone. UI is garbage, standards ignored, crashes, awful. Wouldn’t wish this on an enemy.

Doesn’t connect well enough for business use. Maybe once in a while use, but not a trusted source for our business

When able to get into the app, incoming calls cannot be answered; outgoing calls will not connect; messages cannot be checked remotely; crashes frequently (if able to get into it).
It’s a nice idea; this app does not deliver the services expected.
(Uninstalling/Reinstalling , Logging In/Out , allowing updates if needed— nothing has worked to get this app to function as advertised.)

Great when it works
This app is great when it works. Voicemails disappear and often do not show for two days or more. Calls are dropped about 50% of the time. However, the moments this app works properly tell me it has great potential! The developers need to work on the bugs.
Makes things much easier
We use this on our PBX—it’s been very helpful and lets me do more of my work remotely. My customers like that I’m easier to reach now.

It is basic but pretty solid.
No Tablet Version
I’ve been testing the latest version, and while it seems to be working well, it would be nice to get a version that is formatted for the iPad.
Whomever is in charge of the app needs to be fired
Loads and logs in easy enough. But forget using it. It will allow you to dial out or accept a call. But the second it completes connection, BOOM, crash. When you launch the app again, it acts like nothing happened.
Support does not exist. You click the app support button and it goes no where.

Fyi
The Test Flight version works great but without Test Flight the app does not work. Drops calls constantly. I had to put Test Flight back on so that I could get calls.
So buggy. This is still very beta.
Coming from 3CX which has a real UC soft phone and pc app this is a joke in comparison.
Many features in Zulu simply don’t work at all or if they do the options are extremely limited. It’s like a Fischer price toy.
It would be nice to have feature parity with other vendors but based on this app it doesn’t appear sangoma is interested in seriously tackling this market segment.

App Crashes
Using VPN to connect to server and app crashes while on call. Tested twice. Once at 32 seconds. The second time at 2 seconds.
No ring back
Why is there no ring back? Also, only seems to connect part of the time
Great PBX companion
I have been using the ZULU UC app for a few while now and it is by far the best mobile client for FreePBX I highly recommend it.
