Withdrawal seem to be bogus

I have played the game for a while and got up to $32 I was able to withdrawal have contacted support that hasn’t done anything about it nor have not been given any information as to why I haven’t received it yet being past the three day(72 hour) review period I just keep getting the repeat answer of I just need to watch my withdrawal request that just says processing this whole time and nothing else. So yeah I’m starting to believe that actually cashing out anything is plain bogus and has actually now been my reasoning of such a low review

It’s now been a week and now I am being ignored over my withdrawal they still have sent me

Fun!! When it works ……

Great game! Super fun. But started having problems a couple months ago. The app wasn’t even available to download anymore (said not available in my country-U.S) They responded by email and said that they were working out some bugs that should be fixed shortly. A few weeks later, the game was up and working again, and I had not lost any money in my account. However, here we are again and it has not worked for the last two weeks. It loads and then immediately crashes. I see that when people do complain here they say “ contact customer support through the app”. Hopefully I won’t get the same response as as soon as I click on the customer service button within the app, it crashes immediately. We will see. However, if it is up and running again, I know I will start playing because the game has been a blast!

Stealing money!

Not only did they suddenly erase my account, but they did so when I had more that $50 toward the $100 cash card! I also had a sizeable cash daily bonus coming tomorrow!
All of a sudden, the app did NOT open to my account – as it has done EVERY time I've opened it, for weeks, many times a day – but it started with the opening tutorial!
And, to make matters worse? The "customer service" is now pretending that my messages did not go through! A little red circle with a back arrow appears next to every attempt to message them! These are THIEVES.
It wasn't enough that the games got nearly impossible to win (after I'd won
some $$, or course) — No, they had to go and do THIS. There are other shady sites, but this BY FAR the WORST theft I have experienced. It is OUTRAGEOUS, and I will be posting about it on every single game site & public forum available, unless they fix it IMMEDIATELY & swear to NEVER do it again to me, or anyone else! 😡😡😡😡😡

Needs more games

The game is fun, and I have won some money. The only thing I would change is, there needs to be more opportunities to win cash by playing games with diamonds.
Except for the game at the beginning that cost 300 diamonds, now there is only one game for diamonds. It costs 10 diamonds, and you can only win diamonds from that game.
That’s fine, but it would be fun to win some cash by diamond games again. Not just at the beginning.

Bring back stuff

Bring back the $0.60 game with gems
Bring back the gem game where you play against 10 players and win cash
The gems are useless just to get discounts the gems should have the same value as before where you would use a bunch of gems to play cash games
The keys are useless 1 gem each time
If you wanna put more ball colors go ahead switch it up
Allow players to play their favorite maps like before
The only reason I put 5 stars is to make others know how the game has taken a nose dive compare before and now you’ll notice the difference. Other users use this review as a way to make the game fun again

I WON!!

I have read some of the reviews on here and I have not had the same experience as most I guess. I have made a few withdrawals and have received them all. Also, I have had a few issues and I can honestly say that I contacted support and they were fixed very quickly. If your game starts crashing just reinstall it and that should fix the problem which was one of my problems and I was told that by support. You just have to communicate with them.

It says I will receive it in 72 hours which is a fair and reasonable payout time I’ll let you know if I receive it today was the first day I have ever been able to cash out on any of the money games

So far…

It’s a good game for hand and eye coordination and I need that so..It’s an easy way to make a few extra dollars although admittedly I haven’t tried cashing out but my withdrawal limit is low enough for me to think it’s legit but I’m letting it get a bit larger($100 or more) before I try cashing out. So far I’ve made about $20 but only allowing me $5 to withdraw so you can see why I’m waiting. It’s a fun and disciplined game and You have nothing to lose by trying so come on I need more competition LETS GO!

Best app ever

I never write reviews at first it took me a while to get good, but I’m winning so much money on this app and every withdrawal went through. I don’t understand how this app isn’t talked more about love this app please don’t change nothing. I am literally up almost $600 swear.

Super Fun (and not scam-y like tons)

I’m still a little confused about the points system but getting the hang of it. Strange, got way better scores when I didn’t have a clue what the goal was… recieved payout quickly, didn’t have to watch ads or sell my privacy/soul.

Challenging & fun

I am not sure about actually winning money yet. However I did deposit $5 and made well over that in same hour. I play it because it is far more interesting than something like solitaire. Worth a try!!!

Was fun

I was having a great time playing until 2 weeks ago now the app when it opens shuts down constantly during games and even before I get to a play shuts down. Customer service says it’s my internet/ Wi-Fi connection or my phone which can’t be because I play other cash game without issue and some by the same company. If they fix this I would give a higher rating.

Updates?

I really do enjoy playing Zumania and would give it a 4.8 rating. However, the past day or two I have had issues opening the app to play and was wondering if the new update (1 week ago) is causing me problems? When I open the app, the loading bar moves very quickly to 100% and then the app closes completely. Any help would be great as I missed my last day (today, a Sunday) and my daily bonus.

Crashes all the time

I have been playing this game for a month or so and have enjoyed it until the most recent update. Now I play a game finish with a fairly high score and the game crashes. I come back and it has my score at 0. So I have lost over $15. And they can’t fix it cause getting ahold of support also crashes in the middle of reporting it. I may quit playing if this isn’t fixed soon.

Love this game but….

I stumbled into this game recently and I love it, it does seem that I tend to win more after I make a deposit…other than that I lose every round, playing the exact same way.I tried to look for a video tutorial or something to help improve my score but have not found any that are useful. I looked at the “how to play” and I am doing that but others have scores that are much higher and I’m wondering how?….

deposited 10$ and now app crashes seconds after opening

however it let me play two games, which i won, but then crashed and put my points at ZERO thereby wasting my entrance money. now it crashes 10 seconds after opening; i can't even choose a game before it shuts itself down
