LOVE ZUMBA
I love Zumba and these classes but I’m having hard time access to these classes because the app is kind of difficult. The first page that always comes up is sharing my classes but I can’t get away from that issue. Even on my smart TV I try to access the class and it say’s it’s not available.I don’t know if I’ll subscribe again because I feel like I keep spending so much of my time trying to access the class.

Best Thing Ever!
I wish I had lost weight. That would be nice. However for sure I feel so much better. I am in better shape and it’s also amazing for mental health. It is easy to get motivated to do a work out because I know how much better I will feel when I’m done.joining the Zumba app is truly one of the best things to happen to me. After 8 months of regular use 11/10 would recommend!

Poor Customer Service
Cancelled my subscription before the free trial ended. Saw confirmation of cancellation on the website, and unfortunately it did not register with me that I didn’t receive an email confirmation as well. Zumba charged me the full annual price and when I reached out for assistance refund got some generic stonewall response about how they couldn’t refund me because the payment already processed. Mind you, I emailed them less than an hour after my account was billed. Customer service refuses to work with me and I haven’t been able to receive any of my money back.

Love this program
I love the classes and how much variety there is!!! So fun
App Crashes
The workouts are amazing but there are too many bugs with the app that cause it to crash, not sync, or miscount workouts.
So far so good
I knocked one star off because the majority of the dance classes are 50 mins long. I prefer 30 and I wish they had more shorter durations when time is limited. Otherwise, I love it. I’m only doing the cardio dance moves now until I get more equipment to join on some of the weighted classes.

Awesome and convenient
The app is exactly what I hoped it would be. I have only done a couple of classes so far but am very impressed. The instructors guide you exactly as they do in an in-person class. It is a full class, no adds breaking it up as in many other fitness apps. I’m getting great workouts and it’s a blast. The subscription price is about 1/3 of what a gym membership would be, not to mention adding the convenience of being able to do a class anytime I can fit it in. I’m not at the mercy of the gyms class schedules and their weird times. If you enjoy Zumba, and are looking for a way to do it at home, I highly recommend the app!

Terrible Customer Service
*Edit: Work on your customer service skills! I don’t appreciate your condescending reply. You were not clear in the terms of your subscription details so maybe you should work on that instead of talking down to your customers!! And I would like to add that I don’t believe for a second that you will share details with your team nor do you care. You already have my money so you got what you wanted.
This app is something I will never use and I will never recommend to anyone. They don’t let you do a free trial for a weekly subscription-only a yearly-which I think is shady on its own. I thought I had one more day to cancel and cancelled within a short time after apparently being charged and customer service refuses to budge! Awful in my opinion. This is ridiculous as I have had apps in the past that will refund you if this happens. This app seems to only be in it for the money. I didn’t get much use out of the trial and now I’m out $100 for no reason.

Great instructors but music is meh
The instructors are good but the royalty free music is not the hype. I would pay a little extra for listening to popular or top hit music.
Poor customer service
This company has poor customer service. I cancelled my subscription the first day they charged me. They did not offer a refund even though I requested a refund on the same day they took the payment. I accidentally waited one extra day to cancel after the trial and now I’ve paid for a full year of a service I won’t use. I do not recommend this company or app.

Did something change??
I LOVED my zumba workouts but now on my fire TV there is a serious lag between the actions on TV and what the instructor is saying and doing. Its weird and just started this week. Trouble shooting and chats with zumba ai did NOT help. So I tried to put the app on both a MAC and an HP and could NOT get either to work. I really dont want to look at a tiny phone to workout so am frustrated that the lag is consistent on all zumba classes. What happened? Cables are not loose. I have reset multiple times.

Interface does not allow you to cancel subscription. Do not recommend a membership. The app will say it is canceled but you will be charged a year later anyway. Not worth the money. Dishonest company and policies. They tell you to contact them and refuse to fix the situation and give you a refund.

Dance Party=Best Workout!!
Absolutely incredible! Love the positivity and all the moves and levels. Something for every age and stage. There’s just no other workout like Zumba.
