Awesome and convenient
The app is exactly what I hoped it would be. I have only done a couple of classes so far but am very impressed. The instructors guide you exactly as they do in an in-person class. It is a full class, no adds breaking it up as in many other fitness apps. I’m getting great workouts and it’s a blast. The subscription price is about 1/3 of what a gym membership would be, not to mention adding the convenience of being able to do a class anytime I can fit it in. I’m not at the mercy of the gyms class schedules and their weird times. If you enjoy Zumba, and are looking for a way to do it at home, I highly recommend the app!

Terrible Customer Service
*Edit: Work on your customer service skills! I don’t appreciate your condescending reply. You were not clear in the terms of your subscription details so maybe you should work on that instead of talking down to your customers!! And I would like to add that I don’t believe for a second that you will share details with your team nor do you care. You already have my money so you got what you wanted.
This app is something I will never use and I will never recommend to anyone. They don’t let you do a free trial for a weekly subscription-only a yearly-which I think is shady on its own. I thought I had one more day to cancel and cancelled within a short time after apparently being charged and customer service refuses to budge! Awful in my opinion. This is ridiculous as I have had apps in the past that will refund you if this happens. This app seems to only be in it for the money. I didn’t get much use out of the trial and now I’m out $100 for no reason.

Great instructors but music is meh
The instructors are good but the royalty free music is not the hype. I would pay a little extra for listening to popular or top hit music.
Poor customer service
This company has poor customer service. I cancelled my subscription the first day they charged me. They did not offer a refund even though I requested a refund on the same day they took the payment. I accidentally waited one extra day to cancel after the trial and now I’ve paid for a full year of a service I won’t use. I do not recommend this company or app.

Did something change??
I LOVED my zumba workouts but now on my fire TV there is a serious lag between the actions on TV and what the instructor is saying and doing. Its weird and just started this week. Trouble shooting and chats with zumba ai did NOT help. So I tried to put the app on both a MAC and an HP and could NOT get either to work. I really dont want to look at a tiny phone to workout so am frustrated that the lag is consistent on all zumba classes. What happened? Cables are not loose. I have reset multiple times.

Total rip off, zero stars.
Interface does not allow you to cancel subscription. Do not recommend a membership. The app will say it is canceled but you will be charged a year later anyway. Not worth the money. Dishonest company and policies. They tell you to contact them and refuse to fix the situation and give you a refund.

Dance Party=Best Workout!!
Absolutely incredible! Love the positivity and all the moves and levels. Something for every age and stage. There’s just no other workout like Zumba.

Love it!
I’ve loved Zumba for a long time. But the classes around were scarce or I had to join an expensive gym. But no more! This app is o worth the money. This class is particularly fun and challenging. I’ll exercise to Thai many, many times before I even think about getting bored with it. The leader is so engaging and the movements more fun than work. I love it!

After having the app for a year. I was not given any advance notification when my subscription would be renewing. When I tried to cancel via the app it told me I had to cancel via the App Store or website. I checked the App Store no subscription for Zumba. When went to the website it said there was no account linked to my info. I ended up being charged. I called customer service who said they couldn’t help me as they don’t deal with those issues only info on becoming an instructor. The only way to reach anyone was via email. So I email and get the well it’s policy not to give refunds as there was no cancellation. Couldnt cancel cuz the software sucks. This company is trash and so is the software. What company doesn’t send a reminder before charging a $100 YEARLY fee??? Then no refund regardless of the issue.

My favorite way to move my body!
I love Zumba! So great for cardio but also for strength! There are a lot of different workouts at different levels if you deeply explore the app. I’m adding weighted arm bands soon to tone my arms more while dancing. Yay endorphins and strength!
Do not use this app
It’s clunky and the company does not warn you when they auto renew. Terrible customer service and refusal to refund me.
