Call miss issue
I got a call from Zyla consultant and somehow my number was busy but within a second I switched to call waiting but call was disconnected and there’s no way to talk to the consultant or u wait for another week u til u get appointment

Worst Customer Support & Delayed Service
Worst app for corporate employees. I booked a gym membership a week ago and still haven’t received any proper update. The customer support is extremely poor, and the Zyla chat support is even worse. I requested a callback multiple times but never received any response.
