I’ve just received my card and the numbers don’t match what they have in their system or the app extremely disappointed I wish I didn’t sign up for this bank because they can’t do what regular online banks can do like give you your full card info and or solve problems. Please stay away from this bank

App Could Get Better
The app could be updated to be more fluent and streamlined. Could fix the occasional crashes and how sluggish it can be at times. Could also make it more modern; and finally only have the features the customers will actually use.
Poor service
I called multiple times to fix my sign in issue they keep making wait or leave a message but never returned my calls to fix the issue

Zynlo needs to do better
I actually enjoy this bank for my hys account but that’s it because if you need any type of help good luck. There’s no chat room or any type of support, they give you an Email but you won’t get a reply.

This bank is trash. Closed my account for no reason and have me no explanation. DO NOT BANK WITH THESE CORRUPT PEOPLE!!
App crashes
On the most important part which is the messaging with customer service it will 9 times out of 10 just freeze and you don’t see your messages. This needs to be fixed as a top priority

It is impossible to login. Period. You can only use the browser.
Avoid at all cost
Was told I could receive a wire, checked with customer service two separate times before having said wire sent to my account, wire never posted. Called and emailed customer service for days, finally saw wire was rejected after being held for multiple days. Then my account is locked and they’re asking for excessive documentation about a transaction that didn’t even post. Constantly locking my account and having to wait for a non responsive “operations department” to reach back out to me before this wire issue , haven’t heard anything from this department in over two weeks. I’ve left 5 voice mails. Emailed, am told I need to call. My direct deposit was finally notified of being rejected today. I just left a voicemail telling them to close my account (if it wasn’t done already). Beware of using Zynlo, they will over scrutinize even the most basic of transaction and it’s almost impossible to just do normal basic banking transactions. Customer service is horrible, and I don’t say that lightly. Stick with any other banking service. I have reported both Zynlo and people’s bank with the bbb cfpb occ ftc etc. 15 complaints total. Zilch - no response at all. Shame on this company.

Great bank
So far an amazing bank
Worst banking experience ever
I switched to Zynlo less than a year ago for their savings APY. I’ve experienced nothing but regret since making that decision. They don’t use Plaid, they have chronic issues with the app, customer service is wonderful when you’re signing up and then dismissive once they have you as a customer, transaction posting timelines are inconsistent and unreliable, and the worst part of all is the Allpoint ATMs. One of them stole cash from me and neither company will even try to help. They both just blame other entities. Zynlo can’t contact Allpoint or see any data from them when the ATM steals cash and doesn’t log the transaction. Allpoint says to talk to the bank. Then they blame the business where the machine is housed for not sending someone to unlock the machine. This happened in a Target. Target can’t do anything. They house the machine and nothing more. 4% apy is great, but definitely not worth the never ending stress this company has caused me. I am going back to my credit union.

What happened?
Worked fine, but now when I use the mobile app it just says "Forbidden" and won't log me in? NOT. OKAY.
Fantastic primary bank option, solid no frills app
ZYNLO has quickly become my primary bank. It's nice to earn some interest on whatever funds I have in my checking account although I try to keep that small. The adjacent savings account and money market account don't yield quite as much as a couple other savings accounts I have, but are a close third, and transferring money to and from other banks is easy. The app design doesn't have fancy graphics and animations and advertising, which is good - it works for accomplishing banking needs easily. Also no hoops to jump through to avoid a monthly fee. The only thing that I miss is Zelle support, which does not exist currently. I do have another bank account I can use for that, so it's not the biggest deal.

Goals Not Working
There’s no where else to put this feedback, so I will have to write a review and hope the developer team sees this.
I have been unable to use the Goals feature, due to the following bug:
When I go to Goals > select a goal > Start Funding > Transfer > From — there is no account available on that screen. It says “Select the account from which the goal will be funded”, then a blank white screen.
I hope this bug can get resolved soon, using Goals is one of the reasons I got into Zynlo.
For context am using an IPhone 13, and I have the Tomorrow Savings account.
