Simply select the required services and choose the dates for collection & delivery, leaving any additional instructions for the driver. Following this, we'll take care of everything else with the help of our partner cleaning facilities. • What is the turnaround time? For standard laundry and dry cleaning services, we have a monthly average of collecting and delivering within 24 hours. Note* duvet and bulky items may require additional time. We will always do our best to let you know in advance if you have included items that will require a longer processing time, or if there are any delivery changes to your order. • Where do you clean my clothes? After your items are collected by our driver, they are taken to one of our local partner facilities. Each order is processed separately - Laundry orders are weighed and cleaned, while all other services are individually itemized and processed. • Can I provide my own detergent? At this time, we do not offer the option for customers to provide their own laundry detergent, but please let us know if you are allergic to a certain type so we can make sure to avoid it. • Do you wash my clothes with other people's clothes? Absolutely not. Each order is washed separately so no need to worry about that. Your clothes are safe with us!

Usual remembers what you always ask for, so you never have to explain it twice. WRITE IT DOWN ONCE Type it, photograph it, say it out loud, or add the receipt or invoice. Usual reads it and asks you before saving anything. Nothing is saved until you say so. A Usual is a service you come back to: the preferences, the person who does it, the photos of how it turned out, the history, and roughly how often you tend to return. "Every 27 to 31 days." "Due now." "Usually around September." COME BACK TO IT See what is booked and what is coming due. Repeat a Usual with the place you already go to, book, or reschedule. Your history is there when you need to remember what worked. SHARE IT, IF YOU WANT TO Share a Usual with a shop and they see the details you chose to share, and nothing else. Once you have booked, you can send it ahead so they have it before you arrive. WHEN YOU HAVE NOWHERE TO GO Away from home, or starting fresh, you do not start over. Show any barber, groomer or garage your Usual. Or describe what you want and let Usual find someone who answers, then book with them. KEEP A PLACE IN THE QUEUE If nothing suits, join a shop's waitlist with the days and times that would work for you. When something opens up, the shop can offer it to you. WHAT USUAL DOES NOT DO Usual does not take payments from you. You pay your shop the way you always have. Usual does not read your calendar; when it writes a booking into it, it only writes. In English and French.
