As a result, it consumes less than 1% of your battery per day, when the app runs in the background. REQUIREMENTS • Life Cycle needs to run in the background to be able to record your data. It only uses 1% of your battery per day when doing so. • You need to carry your phone with you, for Life Cycle to accurately record and interpret your activities. • Wi-Fi should be enabled on your phone for tracking to work. About

Between Sessions

Features

You think of it on Tuesday. By Thursday, in the room, it's gone. Between Sessions is a notebook built around the rhythm of therapy — the week, not the day. BEFORE THE SESSION Add to your agenda the moment something comes up. Walk in with a list instead of a blank stare. AFTER THE SESSION Capture the sentence your therapist said that you want to keep, the new framing, the thing you noticed. BETWEEN SESSIONS Track the work you take home — thought records, exposures, behavioural experiments — with reminders. CARRIED FORWARD Anything you didn't get to moves to the next session on its own. PRIVATE BY DESIGN No account. No cloud. No tracking. Everything stays on your device, behind Face ID. SHARE IF YOU WANT Export a single session or the last month as a PDF. Your call, off by default. Between Sessions is a notebook. It does not provide therapy, diagnosis or treatment.
