Verdict
The clearest difference is review sentiment: GetAccept at 69% against Freshsales's 22%. GetAccept also leads on monetization model (free vs freemium). Freshsales's advantage is rating (4.5 vs 3.5) and ratings volume (514 vs 13). On price, update cadence, ads and in-app purchases there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Neither carries in-app purchases, so what you see is what you pay.
Freshsales holds the better App Store score, 4.5 against 3.5. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: Freshsales has 514 ratings behind it against 13, so its average is the more settled of the two. Written reviews complicate that: 22% of Freshsales's written reviews are positive against 69% of GetAccept's, so the app with the better star average is not the one people write more warmly about.
Freshsales ships an update fortnightly, GetAccept every 2 weeks. The most recent releases landed on September 4, 2026 and September 9, 2026 respectively.
