Verdict
The clearest difference is review sentiment: LifeMatters at 67% against RethinkCare's 9%. LifeMatters also leads on rating (4.3 vs 3.5) and iOS requirement (15.1 vs 18.6). RethinkCare's advantage is update cadence (monthly vs every 20 months) and ratings volume (40 vs 8). On price, ads, in-app purchases and monetization model there is nothing between them.

LifeMatters ships an update every 20 months, RethinkCare monthly. The most recent releases landed on November 2, 2026 and November 3, 2026 respectively.
