Some tasks are too big to start. "Clean the kitchen" is not one step, it is a dozen, and none of them are written down. That is a task that was never cut small enough to pick up. Pizza cuts it for you. HOW IT WORKS Type the thing you are avoiding, or say it out loud — dictation runs on your phone, so your voice stays there. Pizza sends the text off for slicing, and back comes a short list of concrete steps, each with a time on it. Then it hands you the first one and keeps time while you go at your own pace. One slice. Not the list. Still too big? Use the knife, and a slice splits into smaller ones. FOCUS MODE A countdown ring, the slice you are on, and not much else. Haptics on the turns, confetti at the end. Pomodoro cycles if that is your rhythm (Large). Focus sounds — rain, lo-fi, brown noise (Large) — or bring your own soundtrack from Apple Music (Apple Music subscription required). Run long without Pomodoro and Pizza offers you a break. Once. It does not ask twice. SIRI AND SHORTCUTS "Siri, start focus in Pizza" "Siri, what's next in Pizza" "Siri, mark this done in Pizza" "Siri, how much time left in Pizza" "Siri, brief me in Pizza" Ten phrases work by voice. Fourteen actions in total are available to the Shortcuts app, so you can wire Pizza into your own automations — start a focus session when you reach your desk, or read out your first slice with your morning alarm. WIDGETS AND LIVE ACTIVITY (LARGE) Home Screen and Lock Screen widgets keep the current slice and your progress in view. While a session runs, the Live Activity puts the countdown on the Lock Screen and in the Dynamic Island. TWO MOODS Zen for when you need calm. RAVE FOR WHEN YOU NEED THE APP TO YELL. The words change with the mood, not just the colours. Both in light and dark, with a full theme picker. NEVER NAGS One gentle reminder, then Pizza leaves you alone — because an app that badgers you is an app you stop opening. It is here to assist your ADHD, not resist it. Finishing a slice earns toppings and coins. Forty-three collectibles, streaks, achievements, and a Market to spend coins in. Coins are earned, never sold — the Market is the only place they go. THE REST OF IT - Timeline view of your day, drag to schedule - Recurring tasks that rebuild themselves (Large) - Puts your pizzas on your calendar and keeps them in step (Large) - Reminders that fire when they are useful - Brain dump: paste or speak a wall of text, get separate tasks out of it (Large) - Trends showing when in the day you get things done (Supreme) - Photograph a page and slice from what is on it (Supreme) PRIVACY Your tasks live on your device first, and sync to your Pizza account so they follow you between devices. Your list, your sessions and your day work offline. Slicing needs a connection. Pizza asks before any task text is sent for slicing, and you can withdraw that permission at any time in Settings, under Profile. Type or say "gym tomorrow at 7" and Pizza fills in the date, the time and the reminder for you. On iPhones with Apple Intelligence it works that out on your phone, so for that part nothing is sent at all. PLANS Personal is free: 60 AI slices a month, and each re-slice counts as one. Large and Supreme raise that monthly count. Large adds focus sounds, Pomodoro, recurring tasks, calendar, widgets, Live Activity, voice auto-fill, voice announcements and brain dump. Supreme adds photo-grounded slicing, trends, and Start Fresh, which clears the board and begins again. Large and Supreme are auto-renewing subscriptions billed to your Apple Account, monthly or yearly, at the price shown in the app. New subscribers are eligible for one 7-day free trial; it converts to a paid subscription unless cancelled at least 24 hours before it ends. Manage or cancel any time in your Apple Account settings. Requires iOS 18. Pizza does not make the task smaller. It makes the first bite small enough to take.
