When's My Shift is the staff side of the scheduling system your building already runs on. Sign in with the email or phone your scheduler has for you, and your week is there. WHAT YOU CAN DO • See your shifts — this week and the next few, with the hours, the department and the unit, so there's no squinting at a photo of a paper schedule. • Pick up open shifts — every unfilled shift you're qualified for, in one list. Request one and your scheduler gets it straight away. • Give a shift away — put a shift you can't work back on the board. It stays yours until a scheduler signs off on whoever takes it, so nothing falls through. • Ask for time off — send the dates and a note, and see the answer when it comes, including the reason if it's a no. • Get told, not chased — a notification when your week is published, when your time off or a shift you requested is approved or declined, and when someone picks up a shift you gave away. BUILT FOR SENIOR LIVING Departments, units, job titles and coverage are your building's own words, not ours. An open CNA shift in Memory Care is only offered to the people who can actually work it.
