Plan your weekly pool route, record every service visit, and keep each customer’s pool history organised in one place. Pool Route Book is built for independent pool service technicians, pool cleaners and small pool service businesses that want a simple way to manage everyday field work without complicated business software. PLAN YOUR WEEK Create your regular pool service schedule and see the entire week at a glance. Assign pools to specific weekdays, choose a service time and duration, or create a one-time visit when needed. Your recurring route stays organised week after week, so you always know which pools are next. MANAGE YOUR POOLS Keep the information you need for every customer in one place: • Customer and pool details • Service address • Phone number • Access and gate notes • Service day and time • Visit duration • Pool notes • Service history Open the address in Apple Maps when it is time to drive to your next stop. RECORD EVERY SERVICE VISIT Keep a complete record of what happened at each pool. Record: • Free chlorine • pH • Total alkalinity • CYA • Chemicals added • Cleaning checklist items • Service notes • Before and after photos Each visit becomes part of the pool’s service history, so past work is easy to find later. USE YOUR OWN SERVICE CHECKLIST Track the work you actually perform at the pool. Use common tasks such as skimming, brushing and vacuuming, or customise the checklist to match the way you work. CREATE SERVICE REPORTS Turn a completed visit into a professional PDF service report. Reports can include water readings, chemicals, completed tasks, notes and photos. Save the report or share it with the customer as a clear record of the work completed. STAY ON SCHEDULE Receive local reminders for upcoming visits and quickly see completed and remaining stops for the day. BUILT FOR SMALL POOL SERVICE BUSINESSES Pool Route Book focuses on the field workflow instead of complicated enterprise management features. It is designed for solo technicians and small operators who need a fast, straightforward pool route and service log. PRIVACY FIRST Your pool and customer records are stored locally on your device.
