The clearest difference is update cadence: Flannels at every 3 weeks against Casual Basement's every 6 months. Casual Basement's advantage is monetization model (free vs free with in-app purchases) and review sentiment (100% vs 84%). On price, ads, in-app purchases and device support there is nothing between them.
