BoatQuote is the fastest way for yacht crews to get service quotes - from multiple marine suppliers, all at once. Built for Captains, Chief Engineers, Officers, and Stews who'd rather work the boat than chase emails. FOR YACHT CREW • Submit a single quote request — to as many suppliers as you want, in seconds • Compare quotes side-by-side in one screen • Approve, decline, or send to your Captain for sign-off • Pay approved quotes securely in-app on job completion • Manage every open quote, every job, every change order from one place FOR YACHT SUPPLIERS • Get found by yacht crew the moment they need a service • Reply to quote requests in minutes from your phone — labor, parts, lead time • Track every job from "Awaiting quote" to "Paid" without leaving the app • Manage change orders, send reminders, request payments • Built specifically for the yachting industry — not a generic trades app WHY BOATQUOTE Yacht maintenance is broken. A Chief Engineer can spend four days chasing two quotes for a hydraulic repair while dock fees keep running. We built BoatQuote to fix that. One request, many suppliers, parallel quotes. The right answer in your hand the same day — not the same week. WHAT'S INCLUDED • Two-sided marketplace (crew + supplier) • Real-time messaging per quote • Captain approval workflow • PDF quote downloads • Stripe-powered secure payments • Full job lifecycle: request → quote → approval → in-progress → complete → paid WHO IT'S FOR Crew on yachts 60ft and up. Suppliers serving the yacht trade — hydraulics, AV, refrigeration, mechanical, electrical, deck, interior, provisioning, marina services. WEB COMPANION The full platform also lives at getboatquote.com — same account, syncs in real-time. Use the app on the go, the web at the desk. Built by yacht industry insiders. For serious crews and serious suppliers. Questions? hello@getboatquote.com
