Formtastic Forms vs Smart Web

No more paperwork. Formtastic turns your forms into smart digital workflows – simple, fast, and mobile. Whether it's a maintenance report, work order, or incident report: Formtastic transforms any paper form into an intelligent digital process. No printing, no filing, no manual data entry. How it works: Build forms with drag & drop in the web designer – no coding required. Your team fills them out directly on iPhone or iPad, whether in the office, out in the field, or in a basement with no signal. What makes Formtastic special: – Automatic PDF delivery by email in your own branded design – Smart fields: photos, signatures, GPS location, checkboxes & more – Autocomplete saves time – e.g. customer details filled in automatically – Conditional fields show only what's relevant at the time – Excel export for further processing of your data – Real-time overview: who's working on what? What's already done? – Works offline: data syncs automatically once you're back online Who is Formtastic made for? Contractors, facility managers, field service teams, local governments – wherever clipboards and paper forms are still part of the job today. Go paperless. Get started for free.
