If they're available, they'll click yes to the notification. Once connected in a live session they can exchange text messages, pictures, voice messages, and get on an internet phone call. High performing volunteers can receive a certificate or recommendation letter for their time spent volunteering on the app. 2 - Refugees and aid-workers sign up and request a translator based on their needs (like asylum interviews, emergency medicine, navigating a new country, or any humanitarian need).
