Better mornings, together. Mendr helps you find out what makes your mornings good, and lets your friends check in with you every day. It's a journal for sleep, energy and daily routines, and it works without a wearable or an account. The app interface is currently available in English. CHECK IN EACH MORNING Answer one question at a time: sleep, food, water, movement, how you feel and a goal for today. It takes about a minute. Add an optional private note about your day; it's never scored and never shared. You can say your answers instead of typing: speech is turned into text on your iPhone, never recorded, and Mendr only suggests answers for you to confirm. Apple Health can fill in sleep, water and movement, and WHOOP or Oura can fill in sleep and workouts, for you to review first. SEE WHAT HELPS Your Morning Snapshot sums up your check-in from 0 to 100, with its method and limits explained. Say how each morning feels, from Great to Very low; that answer is yours and never scored. Explore your calendar, trends, insights, a weekly report and small experiments from your own records. Sample sizes and limits are always shown: patterns are not proof of cause and effect. SLEEP AROUND TOMORROW Turn on your calendar and Mendr suggests a bedtime based on when tomorrow morning starts. It reads event start times on your iPhone, never titles, places or guests, and never changes your calendar. TAKE ONE STEP AT A TIME Follow a four-step care plan, record your choices and add reflections. Plan Progress tracks what you do; it never changes your Morning Snapshot. WAKE UP TOGETHER Start an invite-only crew of up to eight friends. On a crew day, once you've checked in yourself, see who else has and how many care steps each person did. Crews also have messages and photos. Optional accounts add private backup, friends and two-week seasons where points come only from taking part. Report content and block people from social screens. COACH The optional AI Coach answers questions about sleep, energy and your routines. It stays off until you turn on AI processing, and your notes are never sent to it on their own. KEEP YOUR CHOICES YOURS Use the core journal and plan without an account. Lock the app with Face ID, and export or erase your data at any time. Apple Health connections are optional; Mendr reads from Apple Health and never writes new data to it. WHOOP and Oura need a Mendr account and a provider account with recorded data. NOT MEDICAL ADVICE Mendr provides general wellness information, not medical advice, diagnosis or treatment. The Morning Snapshot describes your answers; it is not a health assessment. Mendr is not an emergency service. A minimum age applies.
